We explained what we needed from them over the phone and set up an appointment. When they arrived, I was told they don't do leak detection. They left shortly after acting like I was crazy for 1) knowing it was a slab leak (confirmed by a different plumber) and 2) for thinking they'd do what their website had listed. After they left, I received an estimate for them to re-pipe the whole house, something I didn't ask for. Thankfully, they didn't charge us for the visit.

Texted the number late last night (7/10/2026) and was then sent the receipt. I had been advised by the technician that the labor would $333 for a customer supplied disposer. The invoice shows a $234 for "Install Customer Supplied Disposer." Yes, it was a signed invoice from a tablet. The technician had me to sign without reviewing the invoice. I trusted that the install was $333 as he had said. Additionally After removing the drain plug that the technician left in and running the dishwasher, it backed up again twice and proceeded to not function. Texted the number again last night regarding the plug being left in and the dishwasher causing water to build up in the bottom of the dishwasher. And now, the dishwasher is not functioning after removing the plug. Scheduled a technician to come out today.
