They got the clog out, patched the hole and came back the next day. I always had water and sewer. And they even checked to make sure my kitchen was good. He took credit card. I used to company to install a heating and air conditioning system in my attic a few years ago, I don't know the precise amount of years but they installed a system in my attic and never installed a safety cut off valve in the system. So when the condensation started leaking out the unit because the system was clogged the water has no where to go but leak out of the pan and onto the wood floor in my attic!! Luckily I noticed it before it started to leak through the ceiling so the damage was somewhat minimal to damaging the wood underneath the system! My wife and I have reached out to them and only to respond that the damage is not their fault! How can you deny any wrongdoing if you didn't install all the necessary components when the system was installed?.. my wife and I still have not had any attempt to try to fix this problem!. I would recommend you stay away from this business, and if you decide to after my warning please do a thorough check after their work is completed and if you're not savvy with the heating and air conditioning systems I would recommend you hire someone with experience to inspect their work so you don't have to deal with the problem I encountered... He returned three days later and opened the ceiling. Saw some mold and the UPSELLING began. After three days of disrupting, energy sucking drying equipment, I requested that they remove the stuff they wanted to leave for an additional two days. The plumber returned, looked at the area and requested that I cut holes in the HVAC ducting so that he can access the leaking drain. At this point I had, had enough and repaired the drain without cutting holes in the HVAC and it took 1.3 hours and $11.00. After a $1500.00 down payment for the drying they are now sweating me for an additional $500+ less than a week after invoicing me. Won't use them again because they just try to milk you and your insurance. Plus, $1200 to install a shower drain? They SUCK!

I called Atomic Plumbing last month to quote a repair for a leaking corroded drain pipe in my crawlspace that caused a strong odor in my home. I clearly communicated the crawlspace's tight space when setting my appointment, and they agreed to send someone suitable for a $95 diagnostic fee. However, the fee for the quote unexpectedly increased to $275 for a relatively brief visit. Security cameras show the technician spent less than 10 minutes in the crawlspace. To make matters even more concerning, the technician claimed there was also a leak in the wall that would be requiring major kitchen repair and gave us a referral card to their preferred restoration company. The technician from Atomic claimed that this was a huge insurance claim and that we would be getting a whole new kitchen out of the ordeal. Three other professionals (from both a plumbing and a water damage restoration company) later confirmed there was no leak in the wall at all. We opted for a pipe swap from galvanized to pvc by removing some drywall under the kitchen cabinets, no cabinet removal or wall restoration was necessary unlike what the technician from Atomic Plumbing told us. I also found it odd that the technician described the damage as extensive but didn't take any photos to show us, unlike the other contractors who documented everything and deemed the issue manageable. I was leaning towards going with Atomic Plumbing initially. They had good availability and could've gotten the done the job sooner than the other company that I received a quote from. They did have a very quick response time, as they were at my house within an hour and a half of calling them Unfortunately the cost for just a quote jumping from $95 to $275 without any warning felt like a bait and switch, and is what ultimately made me decide to call another company for second opinions and repairs. I'm very thankful I trusted my gut and didn't go with Atomic and have my kitchen ripped apart for no reason.

To date, I have trusted their advice to make affordable repairs on my aging unit and help me stay warm and/or cool. When you call for service you can usually get an appointment within a day or two of calling, unless it's an emergency then they can typically squeeze you in faster. The downsize is you might get techs where English is their second language. I don't speak Spanish, but just went with the flow on a recent big repair. I started by assuming they couldn't possibly need anything more from me other pointing to the attic and to the bathroom. I was correct. Howver, it was hard to fully understand how close they were to completing the job then actually learning when they were done. But after giving feedback to the office manager, I have learned improving their English is a priority. So I would still feel comfortable using and recommending AirTek.
