Despite our being a new customer and their being "booked solid until a week from Friday," they had a plumber out that afternoon to fix the sink and another out first thing the next morning to locate and fix the leak. Both Mike and Kenny were great, and the bill was a pleasant surprise. But for their quick work, our week at the beach likely would have turned into a one-night stay.

I called The Gentleman Plumber and spoke to, I hope I remember properly Sara. She was amazing. She had said somebody else had the same issue and it was probably a running toilet.... I asked for an emergency call but Sara couldn't promise they could get there that day however they did. They came to the house, and toilet was in fact running and they repaired it. we don't live there now but in the near future we are retiring in that house. I can't thank Sara and all who fixed something we were so worried about... She and they were tremendous!
