Part of being a good contractor is showing up and getting back with people. If he said that he wasn't interested, or was too busy, I would of looked for someone else. Instead I lost valuable time and had to try and get another plumber. Luckily I found someone who not only is happy to the job, but returns calls. Not even a difficult job. Maybe he's a good plumber, I'll never know. This review is based on the fact that he did come to my house, and did say that he would give me a price. Therefore, I did officially use his business. It wasn't like I showed up at a restaurant with no reservations and then posted a bad review about them because they wouldn't seat me.
