Some of the contractors I had contacted had yet to reply 24 hours after my call or email. Those who did reply were vague as to the time to repair my problems. Shawn was upfront with all I asked of him. His show up plus first hour fees were higher than other quotes, but my instincts told me to choose Shawn. He arrived on time, went right to work, and wasted not his or my time! He answered all my questions as he worked. I was very pleased and will recommend anyone reading this to work with Shawn! I couldn't see it but it was strong enough that I heard it so it wasn't just a drip, I called my plumber, no answer, even the after hours line. I then just Googled several, Dickson was my 3rd call. I received a call back within minutes. That individual logged my situation with one of their technicians. While this individual was not going to be on the call for the repair, because he lived near my address he got in his truck with the tool needed to turn the water off at the curb, and shut it off within 10 minutes of my call. (I apologize for not recalling his name.) Meanwhile the technician (Cody) had called me back just prior to that to let me know he would be over to look at the situation. Bottom line...after hours on a Friday evening, two guys from Dickson had come to my house to stop the leak and then about 90 minutes later repair my pipes, under my house, in the crawlspace, in the dark. I am very impressed with the service provided,, and will be switching my allegiance to Dickson for plumbing needs. (PS: I got a call back from one of the other plumbers as Dickson was reparing my piptes,, and an email from another the next day.) Thank you Dickson Plubming
