I called mr. Hines after Forrest septic didn't return my calls. They had an estimate but never sent…read moreit to. I decided to call Glenn hines. He was very responsive. He showed up the next day to look around, to be able to give me an estimate. I got the estimate within 3 days. So we signed the contract. It was more than I was quoted from Forrest, but we were feed up waiting for them to call back. I gave them half the payment which is half the cost. And I would pay the remainder when the work was done. The whole system was installed a month earlier than I was quoted. We are very happy to have a new septic system! Only thing negative was mr. Hines didn't let me know when thing were to happen. They would just show up to deliver stuff. We didn't need to be home, so I guess that didn't matter, but other things like the electrician coming would have been nice to know. Very grateful to have called me. Hines!
