My husband and I went in person to Floor Trader and chose our samples and what we got vs what we chose is completely different! At the very least so no other person is in the same circumstance that l find myself in, the company should discard that "sample" of the floors that were in the showroom. How is your company and also the manufacturer okay with me just simply hating my floors? This was supposed to be a lovely experience and between Floor Trader (Andrew you were actually very nice and helpful) and my incompetent contractors, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommended doing business with anyone involved in the future.
