Update to my review: After reading my initial review, my boyfriend followed up with the company and explained why we would like a refund instead of a repeat service. The reason was also explained to my credit card company, and both times the company did not budge from their stance so I have no other choice but to provide detail. I was alone in my house during the appointment. The technician/owner kept commenting inappropriately as to his opinion of me. "Wow you're so strong" "I bet guys throw themselves at you" and other comments about my appearance and demeanor were amongst some of the comments. If you're a woman, you know how uncomfortable comments like this can be. So no, I do not want a repeat service and have this man in my home. Additionally, the carpet not only looked the same after they dried but are now also all stiff and almost sticky. Highly recommend you look somewhere else for a vent/carpet service. The price was not cheap so I expected top notch results and great customer service but I don't know what reputable company would not provide a refund after a technician made a customer feel so uncomfortable in their own home and did not deliver results. Not sure how the other reviews are so high. Yes it's true Conley was very quick to respond and provide service. Yes he could be considered "personable" as he talks a lot, but I have to say I am not pleased with the results of my carpet cleaning or dryer vent. After the carpets dried, they literally looked the same as they did before. He said at the time that the rugs were just "worn" but I have had carpets in CA in far worse shape, trampled by dogs etc and much older, and other companies were able to make them look brand new. That's not the case here. Additionally I had my dryer vent cleaned. Does this look like they were cleaned? I don't even want to know how much more is up there that I can't reach. Needed carpets cleaned in our new home Mr Conley came out on a Saturday morning to take care of the job. He check for pet urine on the carpet pad and explained how a simple clean would just spread the urine around which made sense to me. So we got the peace of mind he took care of that.
