Upon our return, we were greeted by the smell of cat urine. The litter had been changed while we were away. One of the cats decided the pet sitter was unworthy of this privilege, in rebellion said cat sprayed around the litter box to mark her territory covering the carpet and walls. Bastard cat. A quick google search led us to eco steemer's website. They steam clean almost anything which was a plus because I recently spilled some diet coke on our room and board sectional and have been wanting to get our area rug cleaned for a few months. When steam cleaner showed up his knowledge of stains/carpet/smells was rather impressive. He treated the urine stain with a special mixture/procedure. Something else that was impressive: They don't use a push cart carpet cleaner (which we have used before with poor results)- it's this hose abomination that puts out some serious steam power (take that bacteria, dirt, and what not!) The cat urine stain is gone, but more importantly the smell has disappeared. Plus, our carpets look new. As mentioned above, also had the area rug and sectional cleaned. Both look fantastic. Highly recommend these people- as an aside, if you live in a large condo complex let them know. They may need to bring additional hoses.

I had initially booked a traditional carpet cleaning service and upon arrival he started with a full inspection with a fancy flashlight that showed stains I had no idea were even there. He was able to identify pet stains and odors that werent visible to the naked eye and he patiently explained the way different types of things penetrated the carpet fibers into the padding and subfloor and was able to eliminate each problem he came across. He even tested the different type of carpet and rugs I have in my own and explained how he'd use different chemistry and cleaning procedures to get the best result with the lowest risk of damaging any of my property. Ive hired other cleaners in the past and this was an entirely different experience. He came prepared with what seemed like alien technology and was very knowledgeable and patient with me as he offered, explained and completed each service. He asked if there was anything else that i wanted to have quoted or completed while he was there. He demonsrated his equipment and corresponding services as well as ptoviding tips that I could do in between his scheduled appointments to get the best results. while I was there he offered To do a tile floor and backsplash for me for free since I was booking a tile cleaning service for the following week and it was quite simply amazing the results he achieved in Short amount of time. one of my favorite thibgs About Bradley and On The Spot was his knowledge, his use of of all three fancy technologies that seemed very expensive and his willingness to use the tools to give me a healthier, cleaner home. i have an air purifier that does dwily air quality reports and the difference between before and after is shocking and hard to believe i genuinly feel like I'm breathing cleaner air and everything I touch in my home has that "like new feeling." I cannot recommend this company enough. I've booked 3 appointments with them and they are always on time. Respectful and meticulous. He was even able to show me how he can clean all of my gutters without ever stepping on a ladder. The best cleaning service ive ever hired bar none.

The young man who runs this bussiness is awful. We paid him in full in the beginning of the season…read more My husband even said it seems like your selling yourself short on the pay. He said no that's what he wants to do. This was for every ten days. After the first month we said every ten days aren't enough. We asked him to come every Friday. We paid him $400.00 more. This is when it all started going down hill. He did not come every Friday or even close to it. When he did come it was half ass jobs. It was ether both trucks broke down, his equipment got stolen. Emergency in the family. Flat tires u name it, he always had something. We hired him because my husband and I both have disabilities and needed help in mowing. It's very sad this young man takes advantage and goes back on his own contract. We also had a brand new deck put on. He couldn't fit his mower threw so he lifted the mower across to the other side and put a small scratch in it. Then he asked all his customers for money to but a new leaf blower because his broke. Then he said he doesn't care about r lawn because we dont tip. He is a self owned business let alone does a horriable incomplete jobs ​
