I usually get my whole home cleaned bi-monthly but my usual lady has been closed due to Covid since May so I thought I'd try another place out. The booking process was very easy-I grabbed one of the available dates and paid my deposit online. I was assigned Kristen for my scheduled clean. She came in, with a mask, and explained the procedure and was very friendly/professional. You do have to pay for the service up front. In 3 hours, she cleaned only the kitchen and stated that she ran out of time because my cabinets were tall. They are tall, however, the rest of my kitchen wasn't "3 hour deep clean" dirty. I would say just the stovetop had some cooking splashes but nothing else in there was severely dirty to require that much time. In three hours, she did the outer cabinets, stove top, outside of oven, outside of fridge, outside of cabinets, sink area, outside of microwave, range hood, fingerprints from the door and the island top. This took 3 hours...I know it was only one person but time management could have been better. She did do a good job---one would expect with that much time. I was hoping for her to at least get the kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms cleaned in that timeframe. My original cleaner deep cleaned my entire house in 3 hours and did an exceptional job and when my husband came home from work, he would KNOW she came by. He didn't notice a difference this time since the kitchen wasn't a disaster to begin with. The work from Sharon's cleaning company was good, but not something I would go back to, hence the two star deduction. I hope she ends up hiring more people to commit to the deals and hours that she puts out.
