They also directly sprayed exterior outlets and my Ring doorbell, causing permanent damage and costing me an additional $100 to repair and replace. So my overall cost is $600 and I'm still looking at a dirty home. When I reached out to them about my complain they were incredibly defensive- despite me making it clear I wasn't asking for a discount- and insisted that I couldn't prove they caused any of the damage, that it was the paint making it look dirty instead of them missing any areas, and that it was unfair of my to post any reviews without allowing them to come back and touch up the missed areas. On my first negative review they responded by exposing my personal information in retaliation. Due to their defensive tone and the damage already caused I'm not interested in allowing them back on my property.

"What if the only businesses open in 2020 were the ones you've written a review about in 2019? Would your favorite businesses be open?" -Yelp Hampton Roads ELITE NEWSLETTER ... I was very encouraged and just had to take action! After looking over the motivational BINGO chart "A BIZ THAT MAKES YOU CLEAN" (meaning housekeeping, dry cleaners, etc.) happened to be the only business that I haven't reviewed. The real question is, what would businesses do without commercial cleaning services? I mean think about it .. these experts know what needs to be done in order to ensure a clean and safe environment. For example when a business owner delegates cleaning service for a law firm with office staff, the owner not only wants to assure the cleanliness of the work space but to also maintain a health morale. Allowing the workers to do what they do best and leave cleaning to the experts. Hiring a cleaning service is extremely important and will install confidence in the office staff immediately; employees become more productive in a well-kept surrounding. I had scheduled a deep clean, which is a 4 hour cleaning and was going to be $150 and intended to use them on a monthly bases. The day came and one cleaning professional showed up on time, at noon, and immediately went to work. They don't really talk to you about what you are looking for or what you want them to focus on. The first cleaning professional was very focused and getting stuff done. The second professional didn't show up until a little over 30 min later and she seemed very distracted by her phone. It was 2:30 and they were gone, the floors were wet but I didn't get to see what they mopped with or how. I was very confused because they definitely werent here for 4 hours and our house definitely wasn't deep cleaned. We started to look around and noticed if there is something under a couch or table or behind something they didn't pick it up. The cleaning professional in the kitchen, she was the distracted one, took all the stuff on my island and moved/piled it on a small side counter. Not organized in any sort of manner. I was going to let all that pass but then I noticed my sons knees, he's a crawler, had become a dirty brown color. I became very concerned because he crawls everywhere and I didn't want him getting sick if they floors were gross. It took numerous swifter pads to clean my floors and I don't have a very big home at all. I contacted them and let them know everything and they asked if I wanted them to send out a manager the next day to clean but I had already cleaned everything myself. You would think with the package confusion and less than satisfactory services they would offer a discount but non was given and they didn't honor their military discount either. I paid for the 2 hour service, a $90 service, but had to reclean my floors, pick up stuff from under stuff, and they didn't even touch my laundry room.
