After they power washed, they entered the house without shoe covers to wash interior windows and tracked a chlorine based chemical on my hardwood floors. They used a sponge and squeegee on the inside which left no spots. But they did not wipe the sills and left blue colored stains from the cleaning solution. The outside windows were cleaned using a brush on a wand with no squeegee. Supposedly, they spray the window with filtered wayer to eliminate spotting. The result was atrocious with more spots than before washing. I complained and they offered a refund or to return for a 2nd chance. They sent the same crew and the result was barely an improvement. I should have taken the refund. I do not recommend Window Gang.

Not feeling well that day, I told him it was fine as long as I didn't have to come outside. He said he would leave the estimate in the door handle.
