When searching for a power wash company I reverted back to a previous company that did a good job. However, I called a few others because I wanted the job done quickly! Pricing was secondary. I also looked at reviews prior to my calls. Power Clean Pros was the only company that picked up when I called. They agreed to my timeline of an estimate ASAP! The others had machines and did return calls the next day. The company rep Cole was out within 30 minutes. He surveyed the walk and the area on the brick wall that had mold from a shed that previously sat there. The cost was much higher than I expected at $250, but a quick turnaround was desired. Two days later Cole came out with truck and trailer and went to work. He has all of his own equipment and just requested a water source. Within an hour or so the job was done and looked excellent. There were a few minor areas on the wall that I discussed with him. He was willing to come back. It was explained that pressure on brick is a fine line to not damage. He erred on the conservative side. The company does not take credit cards, so its cash, or check. I was not available when the job concluded and mailed a check. I called Paul a few months ago to get a price on pressure washing my house. This week I called to schedule it and he did the work the next day. I wasn't expecting such a fast turnaround but sure appreciated it. When I got home and saw the outcome I was very impressed. My house hadn't been washed in at least 2 years (I bought it 1.5 years ago) so it was very dirty. Bugs, grime, a little green in shady spots, it definitely needed a cleaning. He did an awesome job and the house was several shades lighter. Even cleaned the porch which I didn't request. I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely use him again. Michael was prompt and professional and did an excellent job. My house, sidewalk and driveway look fantastic. I contacted the company regarding stripping paint from a concrete wall that needed repainted. Keep in mind, I had already contracted a company to power wash the wall. The owner of Power Clean Pro's, Paul, contacted me later with a quote for an enormous amount. When I called him back and we discussed the price he quoted, he dropped the price $150.00 so I agreed reluctantly. He stated he would have the wall cleaned and prepared to paint afterwards. So, he comes the next week without contacting me. I happened to be home. He washed the wall down within 45 minutes. There was little paint removed. After discussing the results, he argued that he had done exactly as he said. I had neighbors who were not pleased with the results either. I paid him the $400 for the wall cleaning and walked away an unhappy client. I would have preferred to have him be honest with the results and what I should have expected beforehand. The original company charged me only a fraction of the cost and did a better job! I would not recommend. read more

About a month (or more) ago we reached out for gutter cleaning. He was quick to respond and spoke to us at length on the phone. He gave us a quote and recommended we buy gutter foam and said if we did he would install it for less than he would charge to put our gutter covers back on the house. We immediately went out and bought the gutter foam. He told us initially that he would personally do the job and would be out that week if not the next week, which did seem odd but he also seemed so nice and experienced so we felt lucky. We do not feel lucky anymore. After talking to him at length listening to his opinions on gutters, steakhouses, other jobs he's had, and movies....He never showed up. After repeated follow-up, he finally returned my husbands calls last week and told us that he had too much commercial work and didn't have time to do our small residential job, he was two months behind at this point. Three critical things, for this review. He clearly was extremely behind when he made initial arrangements with us. I now have a large quantity of gutter foam I spent money on in my garage. And thirdly, at one point when I called he said he'd call me back that night, he never did, I texted the next day" please just let us know if you're too busy and I'll get someone else", he never bothered to respond. This clearly is not someone who is going to respect residential work commitments, and I'm out the money I spent on that gutter foam. He clearly didn't mind wasting our time or he would have come clean much earlier. Don't waste your time with this guy, he'll certainly happily waste yours if you let him. Our mistake. read more

So pleased with this company's response time, quality of work, and pricing! So often a local company has good intentions but cannot get you onto their schedule in a timely fashion; in this case, I left a message on Sunday evening for some time sensitive work and they called me back promptly at 8:00 am the next morning. They were on sight within a day and we agreed to a price and the scope of work - it was all completely quickly, cleanly, accurately and thoroughly! They even did some additional spot work on the sidewalk for a couple of rusty stains that didn't come out with the initial wash.
