The cleaning was scheduled for a Tuesday at 8am and her and her counterpart, Vanessa, arrived at 7:45am to inspect the home before getting started. Claudia walked me through everything she planned on cleaning, which I appreciated, and I stayed out the way to let them work. For a 1900 sq. ft. home, the cleaning took about 3 hours. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed and arranged necessary items to make the home look nice and tidy. The one-time cleaning service was $250, which included a deep clean of the oven as well. Claudia was super sweet and very personable, you can tell she takes pride in her work. She only accepts Venmo or Zelle, so keep that in mind. Her work spoke for itself and they did an amazing job! If you're looking for a reasonably priced cleaning service, definitely contact Claudia!!! Either way they completely skipped over one of the bathrooms, Didn't even vacuums parts of some rooms, for example there was a pair of shore in the corner of one room and they were just vacuumed around, its something had to be moved (no matter how small it was just skipped over). Oh, and did I mention they didn't even bring their own vacuum they had to use mine? No dusting was done, fan blades all still covered in dust, no baseboards or corners cleaned no matter how accessible. They say they will wipe down microwave inside and out and cabinet faces, didnt do that, didnt even clean some parts of the counter around my coffee machine. Id break it down to I paid someone almost $150/hr to use my vacuum to do a bare minimum clean that I probably do a few times a week. I reached out and told them i was dissatisfied with my service, provided photos and video of all of the issues they apologized and said they would refund me, so I waited and then the refund never came, I reached back out and they said it should be 7-10 days for the refund to come and it still never came. That was close to a month ago now. I'd would suggest quite literally anyone else. 0 out of 10.

Other employees that have more tenure, were late or missed entire days more than once in that month. I was told management is doing Cocaine and the crew is smoking weed on job sites when there is a *company--no smoking" policy. But I was let go, due to being 18 minutes late one day, and I also have years more experience than the entire crew combined. So this is my honest review of McKown as an employer. They provide great service to customers, believe that, but if you want to work at McKown, be cautious of a heightened political business environment, and a lot of gossip and backstabbing from my honest observations. I come from a family of General Contractors and business owners, and this seemed very shady to me. I was blindsided. It feels hypocritical and two-faced, but business is business. I shook hands and walked away without disgruntlement, but if you hold me accountable for that reason, then please don't make me the only man with the finger pointed in his face when there are greater offenses being committed. That is all I'm saying really. Great company, just somewhat dysfunctional, and way too political and fickle. Also, they are not BBB accredited and I cannot find a contractors license anywhere online.
