My client had decades worth of stuff, clutter and personal documents that Jessica painstakingly helped her go through so she could pare down. This process took several weeks since there were myriad of boxes full of papers and documents. We were finally able to help her move and we sold her condo quickly so she would have the proceeds to help her purchase another home. I couldn't have possibly taken on this project without Jessica's help. She was kind and patient with my client. I would recommend Jessica for anyone who needs to get rid of clutter, depersonalize and/or organize their space and personal affairs.

Testimonial for The Clutter Doctor!…read more In May 2020, in the early days of the pandemic, my mother died halfway across the country from me. I could not deal with the contents of her two houses in person as I always thought I would be able to. Jessica was amazingly not at all frightened by the photos I sent her and addressed all my initial concerns in a kind and straightforward way. So, I became Jessica's first virtual customer. For five months, Jessica helped me deal with the estate's trustee, the lawyer, an estranged sibling, two realtors, and two sets of movers. And, oh, yes, sorting through two large houses crammed with stuff, calmly showing me one item after another, and taking photos of everything from precious antiques to ridiculous junk. Jessica was careful, not judgmental, and easy to discuss things with --- she was always concerned to make the process easier for me even when this meant it was harder for her. Jessica really had to hunt for items in some scary areas in the houses and in countless boxes, drawers, cupboards, and closets. Jess even helped me deal with tiny nightmares like dividing up china among family members. Maybe this goes without saying, but Jessica is just so darned ORGANIZED, and good at juggling a number of things at same time. Throughout the project, Jessica gave me updates, answered all my questions quickly, and was great at confirming appointments and deadlines. I frequently admired her problem-solving skills and her double-checking of details. Jess also tackled some "above and beyond" new things for my project, like figuring out how we could share hundreds of photos using Google Photos and coping without phone service in one house and very spotty service in the other. I will always appreciate everything Jessica did for me and my family for so many months -- I truly don't think anyone else could have done this job with such patience, thoroughness, and good humor.

We hired IOS once again to help with downsizing of our bedrooms and upstairs living area. The professional staff arrived at my home on time. They listened to my "vision" and specific needs of our family. The IOS team and I worked collaboratively through out the day to move some outdated furniture and general decluttering of our bedrooms. We, once again, have very functional, attractive spaces on our second floor that my family will enjoy and feel comfortable in. Ideal Organizing Solutions has been helping our family for nearly 4 years and I plan to continue having them back to help us as our family and our needs change. Highly recommend. We will be hiring IOS again in the future.
