I've been buying recliners from this store for about 35 years. Familiarity was what led me to the…read morebrand. La-Z-Boy has a factory about 20 miles south of the town in Mississippi where I grew up. Lots of the men in my hometown worked there. I would hate to guess how many recliners I've purchased from this store. When we wore 2 out I would buy 2 more. About the 2010s I started buying the big comfy recliners with no break between the chair & the footbed. I rehabbed from knee replacement in one. Because it reclined all the way back, I was able to sleep comfortably in it when I couldn't get up the steps to bed. Recently I had a different problem. Due to a right shoulder problem it irritated my shoulder when I raised or lowered with the handle, which was on the same side as my injured shoulder. Another visit to the store was required. I purchased a recliner with an electronic control, which has helped my shoulder immensely. I had to wait a long time for it because the supply chain shortage was affecting their parts supply. This store is always clean & welcoming with helpful sales associates. it's location on Virginia Beach Boulevard is easily accessed locally & via I-264. It remains my "Go To" store for recliners. Maybe I should look at more.

She laid out all of the prices and said here they are. Zero help on fabric....zero help on pricing for my space and pieces. I guess I will add it up on my own, but I will find another place to buy it. Walked out in shock...horrible customer service. If you are going to charge $11,000 for a sectional, when a customer asks for pricing you should have a pen and paper ready and maybe a business card.
