At the very least so no other person is in the same circumstance that l find myself in, the company should discard that "sample" of the floors that were in the showroom. This was supposed to be a lovely experience and between Floor Trader (Andrew you were actually very nice and helpful) and my incompetent contractors, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommended doing business with anyone involved in the future.
