Full Circle Kitchen & Bath

My wife and I were looking for a local contractor to convert our soaker tub into a walk-in shower,…read moreand we are absolutely thrilled that we chose Full Circle Kitchen and Bath, owned by Rodney McKinney. Rodney gave us the best bid of the contractors we considered, and his outstanding reviews from previous customers gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. He exceeded our expectations in every way. Rodney and his helper completely transformed our bathroom in just three days, creating a beautiful, modern, state-of-the-art walk-in shower. The workmanship was excellent, the attention to detail was impressive, and the entire project was handled professionally from beginning to end. While he was here, I also asked Rodney to replace the toilets in both of our bathrooms with chair-height, elongated Kohler toilets and install new sink faucets with pop-up drains. Those improvements made a remarkable difference in the appearance and functionality of both bathrooms. We could not be happier with the results. Rodney was dependable, professional, skilled, and easy to work with--and the quality of his work speaks for itself. We have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Full Circle Kitchen and Bath and Rodney McKinney without hesitation. If you're considering a bathroom renovation or other kitchen or bath project, I highly recommend giving Rodney a call. You will be in very good hands!

He offers insights that you may not have thought of and tailors the work to your needs, not just what's easiest and fastest for him. Absolutely would have him back for more work.

Creative Floorworks - Recommended the wood quarter round to match the cabinet. As you can see it looks like crap. He did change it to white

I am being told that this is normal with these floors and to ignore it. They said that I would have to reconcrete the whole house and they don't do that. Of course I was told that they would level before installing and now refuse to fix it. I am extremely disappointed and don't recommend using them.

I had a less than good experience with this vendor. I specifically told him that I wanted a thick…read morecarpet pad under my Shaw carpet. He kept saying, don't worry about it, don't worry about it. When the carpet came in to be installed, the carpet padding was the value option, not at all what he led me to believe and very thin. No padding at all! At that point all of our old carpet had been ripped out, all our furniture moved, and I felt trapped and went ahead with the install. Additionally I had my bathroom floors redone and he never let me know he was using 3/4" round instead of 1/2". It is huge and looks horrible in such a tiny space. The Cortek rep confirmed that 3/4" was recommended but not necessary. This was never discussed. We waited 10 years to be able to have this work done and all I want to do is cry about the results. Buyer beware, I should have held his feet to the fire but he seemed so trustworthy . The only positive thing I can say is that his installers do a fantastic job.
