I met the owner, who was nice, but couldn't provide me with an estimate at that time. I'm not sure why as everyone else I talked to did provide one on the spot. Anyway, after a few days go by I called the office to enquire about it and was told that I will get it shortly. That was Friday. On Monday I still hadn't got it so I sent an Email request. I'm thinking they must be so busy that they didn't care about my job. It was 60 sq feet of countertop. Well, the response I got back was not only rude but she decided to tack on an extra $1500 to the estimate with a snide remark about really looking forward to doing business with me. Needless to say I went with another company and was very happy about it.

I got to pick out my slab (Fantasy Brown), everything was approved by me before they did any cutting, and the finished countertops came out perfect. I was a little taken back by the need for a 50% deposit, but it turns out that everyone requires that same deposit, so not a problem. Vary professional crew came out and were done in about 3 hours. Bottom line, I am happy as can be with my new countertops from QSC and will definitely call on them again when I do my kitchen island.

The price we were offered was lower than the competition, and the quality of the installation was excellent. We chose our materials from an outside provider, and this was not a problem. Our service representative, Michael Childress, worked with us from start to finish and was always available to answer all of our questions along the way. Two slabs was all that was required to complete the countertops, full back splashes, and breakfast counter. Decided to check this place out and to run some ideas by them for custom work…read more Pulled in and thought they were pretty busy but it turned out to be a location for a Pokegym where players were waiting for a raid. I get the whole being a business thing but they decided to be jerks and kicked them away from their store front. Now there are no cars in front and seems like a pretty barren business. Who needs the extra attention brought to it by a game? Poor attitude equals poor customer service. Going to research my projects elsewhere.

I had new floors installed on a concrete slab and they didn't level before placing the new floor…read more Now I have dips and the tiles disconnect when walking on. I am being told that this is normal with these floors and to ignore it. They said that I would have to reconcrete the whole house and they don't do that. Of course I was told that they would level before installing and now refuse to fix it. I am extremely disappointed and don't recommend using them.

I had a less than good experience with this vendor. I specifically told him that I wanted a thick…read morecarpet pad under my Shaw carpet. He kept saying, don't worry about it, don't worry about it. When the carpet came in to be installed, the carpet padding was the value option, not at all what he led me to believe and very thin. No padding at all! At that point all of our old carpet had been ripped out, all our furniture moved, and I felt trapped and went ahead with the install. Additionally I had my bathroom floors redone and he never let me know he was using 3/4" round instead of 1/2". It is huge and looks horrible in such a tiny space. The Cortek rep confirmed that 3/4" was recommended but not necessary. This was never discussed. We waited 10 years to be able to have this work done and all I want to do is cry about the results. Buyer beware, I should have held his feet to the fire but he seemed so trustworthy . The only positive thing I can say is that his installers do a fantastic job.
