Daryl was quick to respond to my request for a quote-came out over the weekend in fact to provide. Decided to utilize him to paint several rooms on home that was about to go onto the market. Had a very tight window where everything had to be completed by and Daryl worked through it to met deadline. Would recommend and hire again. My photos aren't best quality, but paint turned out better than I anticipated read more

They made quick and good work of my drywall repair job. Finished and painted in one day! Didn't cost an arm and a leg either.

Mr. Darryl was very professional and his work was impeccable; he gave me a reasonable and affordable price. I definitely recommend him, and I know who to hire for future work at my home. read more

I strongly believe that all walkthroughs should be completed before any work begins, to ensure that everyone understands the scope of the project and agrees on the pricing. The contractor requested half of the payment upfront, which I was fine with, but the walkthrough hadn't been done yet. I wanted him to complete the walkthrough and confirm that he was comfortable with the price he had given me before I made any payments. Ultimately, I decided to go with another contractor who had already completed the walkthrough and verified the price. I informed this contractor that I had chosen someone else because their schedule was a better fit for me, and I thanked him for his time. I made sure to communicate clearly so that he wouldn't waste a trip and to ensure I was respectful of his time. Unfortunately, instead of responding professionally, he chose to insult me by calling me a "dumbass." read more

Darryl did an awesome job. He was able to meet out timelines and had exceptional work. True professional.

We had 2 holes in our ceiling due to water damage. An additional hole in the unit below us due to additional water damage. Darryl demonstrated excellent service and experience with home improvement and repairs. He was quick, efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. He fixed all the drywall. Due to the damage being in our neighbors unit, we wanted it to be done correctly. I would recommend this business. To be frank, I know home improvement can be stressful and it's nice to find someone who does the work well. Keep it simple. I did look around for other options, HomePro Masters was the best value for guarantee work. It was everything we wanted so for that. 5 starts. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Darryl came out to our house on a Saturday. I'm giving five stars for quality of work and value. He had said he would arrive by 9:00 am but got here at 9:30. He got right to work preparing by laying down a tarp. I had requested him to be careful because we had a new floor, toilet, and vanity installed in October. The job was to replace drywall above the shower where it had gotten soft due to water damage. He cut out the damaged drywall and put some Kill anti-mold in the wall. He surprisingly left for two hours for lunch. When he returned, he replaced the drywall, mudded it then had to wait for it to dry. We spent some time getting to know him before he started back. He finished mudding then did the painting for us. I am satisfied with the end result. read more

I had water damage in the ceiling at the back of my garage. The drywall was moldy and some of it was previously torn out. Darryl from HomePro Masters quoted a reasonable price for the repair including new drywall, insulation and a custom access panel. The finished product looks better than new. Quality work, quick response time, and a good price. read more

Darryl Perry was great from start to finish. Very responsive, reliable, and professional. We had a quote from him based on the picture before he came out to the house. He was at the house almost the whole day to make sure the job was complete and we were happy. The next day after it was completely dry we noticed a few spots that didn't look completely flat. I reached out to Darryl and he didn't hesitate and came right out to fix it. We're seriously impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness. Hands down, We will contact him first for our next project. read more

Daryl is a liar and a con artist. DO NOT trust these reviews, I'm honestly surprised at how many good reviews he does have. We gave Daryl $20,000 to do a job where he did maybe $4,000 worth of work before he decided that he did not want to continue. The work that he did do on our structure has not been up to code and has left our property a complete mess and a total nightmare. I hope that he loses his license so he is not able to rip anybody else off the way he has done. ALSO, somebody just took him to court in Decemebr 2017, with a very similar situation, she sued him for $20,000 and won..... after her reviews telling her story Daryl made new pages and somehow got her comments deleted, just go check out his Yelp. Homepro Masters is a fictious company, if he sees opportunity to take advantage of you, he will. PLEASE think hard before hiring Daryl for ANY kind of job. read more

We had an excellent experience with Darryl & his team. They are very professional with attention to detail on all aspects of our project. His team is reliable, trustworthy and very respectful. My husband and I contacted Darryl and a few other painting companies to request a quote for a home interior painting job. Darryl was very prompt in his responses and he answered all of our questions. Called multiple times to hire for a home repair. Darryl responded only once then subsequently did not respond to my phone calls or voicemail. I really wanted to utilize this business based on the stellar Yelp reviews but I guess the company did not want my business. read more

I contracted Darryl based on his knowledge, ready to work and his confident mannerisms, The contract involved staining new decking and staining a wood shed. The work was done within specifications and in a timely manner,of course there some weather delays! Daily clean up and everything stored in a tidy manner. The deck was serviced with 2 coats of Behr Deck Over skid resistance finish which included spindles and rails. The shed required one coat (different stain) to match some replacement construction. Both jobs were expertly finished and Daryll insured the work was to my satisfaction. I did have to contact him or some minor items but he was prompt. There is an item of concern and it involves some inside work, off contract. He volunteered to replace a broken wood threshold and determined it required concrete screws to insure a secure fit. He did leave a temporary unit in place and said he would be back in 2 days to complete the job. He never returned nor did he call. I did not call him as he gave me his word. As of this writing he has not contacted me. I have been told a man can be judged by his word (bond) and Darryl did not honor his commitment subsequently my rating was adversely affected. Although He volunteered to do the work I advised him he would be compensated. read more

I hired Homepro Masters to do repairs to my house in preparation to sell. They repaired some damaged siding and the sill plate in the back of my house, and removed a side door, walling it in, siding it on the outside and drywalling on the inside. It looks like the door was never there. The siding looks great, even matching the light grey color. Their prices are fair and the workmanship is excellent. Very professional. I would certainly call them again and recommend them highly. read more

HomePro Masters power washed my house and my deck. He did a great job getting all of the old paint off of my deck so it could be stained. The siding on the house looks great - back to white! read more

I called around to get an estimate to install a dryer vent. Most people wouldn't give an estimate over the phone (which I understand) but some people wanted to charge me to come out and give an estimate. I called HomePro and spoke to Darryl, he gave me a fair price over the phone AND came out the same day. They did a great job and even called to make sure we were happy with the service. I will definitely be calling them again when we need anything done around the house. read more

Long story short, I needed a painter for my 1240 sq/ft rental property in Norfolk, so I submitted a request on a website that sens out the request to several local companies. Keep in mind, I live in Louisiana. HomePro Masters was the only one to call immediately. My property was surveyed and I was quoted for a single coat for the entire interior; walls, ceiling, doors, trim for all rooms. The quote was beyond affordable. I almost didn't believe him. The house was thrashed by the previous tenants, and due to plumbing issues, the painter had no water to work with on site. And even though I had people helping to clean up, the house was still filthy since clean up was in early stages, so he had to make do. Which I appreciate. My only complaint is his communication and punctuality. Certain spots needed a touch up, based on photographs and reports sent to me, and he didn't communicate well on scheduling the second visit, leaving me frustrated. He was also late. Being so far away, I was very concerned. Hence the 4 stars. Communication is a big deal to me. And of course punctuality, since I had to have someone at the house representing me to show him the spots that needed some extra work. However, the job is done and I'm happy to say that the work looks great. I look forward to coming home to my freshly painted house soon. I'm keeping HomePro Masters in my phone for future use, since he does other home projects, and I'd still highly recommend this company. read more
