I recently had Uncle Lee's come out and paint my living room dining room and adjacent hallways. They provided a reasonable quote, and then brought in a full crew to tackle a job. They were very careful with my furniture, and meticulous with the painting. The end result was really high quality. I will definitely be calling Uncle Lee's for other projects. read more

Lee and his amazing team prepped and painted the entire interior of our home last week. Lee assured us up front that we would have his team's full attention throughout the duration of the job, and he proved to be a man of his word. The quality of the work was exceptional - exceeding even our high expectations. When the job had been completed, our home was delivered back to us completely clean and ready to go. They painted every surface - ceilings, floors, and even the garage that needed to be refinished from a "rough" finish dome by the builder. We couldn't have been more pleased and we will never use anyone else again. We've been spoiled by Uncle Lee's outstanding craftsmanship and exceptional service. read more

Lee renovated two of our bathrooms a year ago. They are still in beautiful condition, we have encountered zero issues, and you can tell the workmanship is high quality. I recommend Lee to everyone I encounter and would use him again and again. He is integrous , reliable, responsive, and anytime we ran into an issue during the remodel (ie pipes coming out further than we thought, etc) he had a creative solution that looked intentional. 10/10 recommend! read more

Uncle Lee's Painting is a very professional and honest company. They do quality work at a fair price. Lee Massey, the owner is very organized and works hard to do a perfect job. His staff is meticulous and friendly. The air conditioning in part of my house was out a couple of the days they were working and I know it wasn't the greatest working condition for them, but they worked diligently to get the job done. I highly recommend Uncle Lee's Painting! read more

I was ghosted with no explanation. If I could select no stars in order to leave a review I would, Totally unprofessional I do not recommend.

Uncle Lee's did a phenomenal job repairing some damaged drywall in my kitchen and fixing a cracked plaster ceiling. 10 out of 10!!!

Lee came out to paint 1 room in our house. Ceiling, walls, doors and baseboards. He did an amazing job. He was very professional. He cleaned everything up after he was done. We will definitely hire him again to paint the rest of our home. Best painting job we have ever had!!!! read more

Lee and his crew have painted my house and my office, and put a small wall into our waiting room in the office. It's impossible to tell that wall isn't original to the space. Top notch painter! Highly recommend Lee for any area that you need painted. He and his team did a great job and cleaned up afterward.

Uncle Lee's Painting did a great job with our LVP installation project! They were kind, courteous, and on time. They finished in the amount of time that they said it would take and were very reasonably priced. They listened to any adjustments that we requested, were patient and flexible when we purchased the wrong materials, and kindly advised us of the correct materials to obtain. They are hard working and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them! read more

We needed to get repair done on our old home and had been stalled due to Covid in getting the 60+ year old houses' plaster ceiling removed, replaced and painted. OMG-definitely woorth the wait. Mr Massey and company were amazing, they were professional, prompt and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after the job was done and I returned home with my mind blown. My 86 year old Mom is as thrilled as we are to have my childhood home so beautifully restored. He proteted our brickwork and even re installed a new celining fan when he was done replacing the ceiling. I have been telling everyone about the work done, our family is appreciative of the quality job. Fair price, electronic payment accepted !! read more

We worked with Lee and his crew for the second time. First, he did entrance tile flooring for us and we were completely satisfied with his work. For the second time, he replaced the ceiling, doors, fixed walls and painted them over in our home. He provided not just an excellent quality of work but also good prices. The job was completed in a shorter time than he promised and he kept his work quality super high. However, he was not rushed and did not create stress for anybody. On top of it, the whole crew was very polite and kind. We really hope that we can work with Lee and his crew in the future and highly recommend his AMAZING company to everybody! Thanks again for the great work, it exceeded our high expectations!! read more

Uncle Lee's Painting - Painters Near Me

I should begin by saying that you would be crazy not to hire Uncle Lee's Painting for your painting needs. I had six painters come through for quotes and I could not be more happy that I choose to go with Lee. Lee is far and away the best craftsman I have ever worked with across the past twenty years and four different homes in four different states. He was patient and professional when he arrived for the estimate. Throughout the entire painting (entire interior) he was diligent, timely, and was always quick to communicate when we sent questions via text. We were also having other work down in the house (electrical, floors, and tiling) and Lee was willing to work with and around the others schedules. He helped with deciding on colors and when my wife wanted new colors after the one she picked did not do the trick, he listened and responded with compassion. This, in my opinion, is a big deal as we have worked with others in the past who have gotten annoyed by last minute changes. Lee, though, worked with us with no hesitation or judgment. Lee easily fixed the drywall throughout the house, helped us mount a TV, fixed a leak in our shower that was draining through the ceiling...I mean, incredible. Honestly, I sometimes wonder if there isn't a task that he can't manage. The next time I have any work that is needed in the house, I am turning to Lee first. read more

We used Lee for two jobs. The first job was for drywall repairs around the house. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He came both days on time, did an outstanding job on all 12 areas of drywall repair, and cleaned up afterwards. We next hired Lee and his team to paint the outside trim on our brick house. Again, Lee and his team did a great job. He found several boards that around the vents and dormers that needed to be replaced and did a great job replacing those boards. They thoroughly caulked everywhere and did a great job painting. No spills or messes. Again, great job cleaning afterwards. The next time I need painting or drywall work, I will call no one but Lee. read more

Lee and his team are wonderful - so thorough! Very professional, timely, and adaptable to requests (we originally were only going to have the ceilings painted, but the team actually did the walls, too, without much addition to the timeline). Results are beautiful!! Professional, reliable, timely, AND affordable. Can't ask for more than that! read more

Uncle Lee's Painting was absolute PERFECTION. Do not use anyone else for your painting job. I needed my whole condo painted and Uncle Lee called me immediately, sent me an accurate quote right away, and was starting within the week! Significantly better priced than surrounding painters, did not upcharge on paint, exceptional communication, and finished the entire job in less than 2 days. When the job was complete the team encouraged me to scrutinize their work and they jumped at the opportunity to correct the most minor of imperfections I found. This experience could not have possibly been better. My condo finally feels like home. The condo staff kept commenting on how professional the team was to coordinate with. 10/10 stars for Uncle Lee and his team! read more

Highly recommend! Professional, on time, friendly, excellent work. Easily the best experience we've had with a home improvement hire. They showed up at 0800 each day and worked all the way through 1700. They covered all of our items and kept everything clean and also cleaned up at the end of the day. They patched lots of dry wall holes left from prior owners, adjusted some light fixtures and the painting quality was excellent. Clearly didn't cut corners as they removed face plates and lights to get a clean finish. Covered the entire downstairs, stairwell, upstairs, and ceiling in just a few days. Price was fair and upfront, so we knew exactly what to expect when it was all complete. Can't recommend them enough and they will be our go to for any future needs! read more

He came the day after I requested a quote. Started work the very next day! He painted my entire (just under 2,000 sq foot) home, trim and all, in two days (My house is heavy on trimming so it's detailed work). His work is PERFECT. He also took the time to protect my floors and clean up any dust tracked into the home. Very reasonably priced. Considering the speed and quality of work, I would've expected it to be much more expensive. Would 100% recommend and use his services again. read more

So glad Lee responded to my quote request. We first hired Lee and his crew to repair and paint the walls in our bathroom and hallway. We were so happy with his work that we hired him again to repaint our whole house, including trims, stair banister, and some patching. Lee was great and easy to communicate with, arrived when he said he would, and completed each project within the timeframe he quoted. We highly recommend Uncle Lee's Painting. read more

I recommend Lee 100%. He took his time with me picking out the paint colors. He did a wonderful job in my house. When I say, look no further, LOOK NO FURTHER! Lee and Justin were one of the loveliest people to work with. We had a tight deadline and Lee didn't hesitate to head out to our house for an estimate and start working the following day. Things I appreciated most about working with them: 1) Communication! Lee was honest, direct, responsive and kept to his word throughout the entire process. 2) Craftsmenship. Our home looks so great! Lee and Justin are detail oriented and didn't miss their mark not once. 3) They worked on both levels of our home and were orderly and as neat as possible. When they left for the day they made sure to clean up after themselves and move all the tools / paint to one corner of the house, so we easily walk through our house. 4) Lee also helped me fix / hang / patch things he saw needed mending with ease. Needless to say, if/when we need another anything done, he'll be the first person I call. read more

I truly cannot recommend Uncle Lee's Painting enough - they are FANTASTIC. Lee was super helpful, had a lot of good ideas and valuable tips that really helped us be smart with our paint choices. He responded quickly, and was able to fit us in within a week of contacting him. Both he and his crew were very kind, and I really appreciated their commitment to safety (masks, etc). The quality of the paintjob is absolutely top-notch, not a drip out of place. We hired them to do walls, ceiling, and trim in a few rooms. After they left, we realized they also did the doors - something we were planning to do ourselves. They didn't say a word, or try to change the quote at all, just did it because they are a dedicated team that cares about their work and helping people realize their aesthetic goals. Should we ever need painters again, I won't hesitate to reach out to Lee and his team. If you have paint needs, large or small, you should hire Uncle Lee - you won't regret it!! read more
