At the very least so no other person is in the same circumstance that I find myself in, the company should discard that "sample" of the floors that were in the showroom. How is your company and also the manufacturer okay with me just simply hating my floors? This was supposed to be a lovely experience and between Floor Trader (Andrew you were actually very nice and helpful) and my incompetent contractors, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommended doing business with anyone involved in the future. I am aware that Floor Trader is just the supplier and not the manufacturer but they were no help at all when I voiced my concerns and now I'm just stuck with floors that I truly detest. No kind of warranty and would not stand behind their work. Was informed that they probably didn't do a good job in laying tiles with very minimal grout/adhesives. Bad qualify of work, and worst customer service by the owner for not standing behind their work. Tiles should last longer that stated time, 1+ yrs, if done right. They are also hard to find or get in touch with. So be careful, IF, anyone ever decided to hire this company.
