Prior to working with this company, I had hired a different contracting company a few years ago to fix my stairs. However, after their work, my home was left with mismatching pieces of wood throughout the stairs and landing. Luckily, my family and I recently stumbled upon this company a few months ago. From the start, this company was incredibly receptive and welcoming to any comments or questions. I repeatedly heard from both owners/managers, Joe and Chris, before, during, and after the home improvement process. Just with the quality of care received within the first couple of discussions with the All-American Craftsman & Contracting, LLC team, my family and I decided to work with them not only for the repair of the stairs, but also the improvement/replacement of the back and side garage doors; both doors had gotten dry rotted over time around the frame and outside portions of the door. All of the contractors were receptive and helpful in making my family's wants for our home a reality. The only minor snag hit during the entire process was in matching wood from the stairs to the landing, but the management team and the floor contractor that worked with my family, Bill and Leon, found wood that matched incredibly well. My family's stairs haven't looked better in years and the same can be said for the two doors that were replaced by this company!
