Due to their poor performance the owner assured me he would refund me a full month of cost and reimburse me for a large framed print I had in my conference room. I waited a month and asked if he was going to send me the month's cost and cost of the print and received no reply at all. It's been another month since my email and no comment or reply. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone to use. Poor management and poor service. Don't waste your time with this company.

Just brought this house and she found cockroaches due to the previous owners never cleaned. Ana gave me a great recommendation on what to get to get rid of them. They cleaned my whole kitchen, cabinets, closets, bathrooms, bedrooms, windowsill & blinds, got the bugs out of the lights, wiped the fans, vacuumed and cleaned the hardwood floors. We had them clean our condo and had one large bathroom, one small bathroom, and a smaller kitchen…read more They did baseboards as well. We used them because they had done a fabulous job on it when we moved in. They said it took 8 hrs and it wasn't that dirty. Charged us $525 which would be $65 an hour. That's just too much! We should have been given an estimate. They also did the property we moved into and said they did all the cabinets, but when I went to put things away I found that they did not. When I asked, they said it was cleaned. They did a great job on the frig and floors, but I'm very disappointed on the finished work and the cost.
