Many companies I contacted, that offer GroupOn vouchers, wouldn't.... There was some mix up on the day of cleaning. Apparently, the woman who was supposed to do the cleaning got the day and time mixed up. No bueno and a huge inconvenience as I had services at my other house that needed tending to. Luckily, Brittney Taylor (owner) kicked into gear and found someone to do the work. She was a little young and just didn't give me that, "I'm going to do a good job with your house." kind of feeling, but she was a hard worker. If this wasn't a move out, I probably wouldn't have been comfortable with her doing a regular cleaning. I have raised three teenagers and they couldn't care less about being careful with your breakables. I'm thankful they didn't charge me the extra move out fee...I'm sure due to the time/date confusion. I'd probably use them again, for regular cleaning, but would request a more seasoned maid.

They offered me 1 maids for 4 hours. Based on knowing what I wanted my home to look like for a deep clean, I asked for 2 maids for 3 hours (6 man hours). When they arrived, I did a walk through so they new my expectations: I asked them to dust everywhere, clean windows, clean baseboards, vacuum, do a full deep clean of the kitchen (including refrigerator), and completely deep clean the master bath (the 2nd bath has been used maybe 3 times). Well... when it came time for them to start wrapping things up, my husband and I did a walk through... 1. Baseboards we're filthy 2. Master shower still had visible stains... she said they wouldn't come out, my hubby tried... came right out 3. Fixtures in the master bath weren't touched... very dusty 4. She was asked to wipe down items around the sink... she was reminded again... she left without doing so 5. Items in the master bedroom had not been dusted... (fan, bed frame, picture frames, etc.) 6. She was asked to wipe down each TV again... I was like "you don't see that????" 7. No where in our home was dusted 8. Our kitchen counter had not been wiped well... they went around items... I told them they not only needed to wipe the items but also move them in a deep clean 9. They never got to our floors- like AT ALL!! There were enough items not done that had to be repeated that both maids weren't able to sweep and mop the floors in the house... they spent sooo much time doing a half-assed job.. and then having to redo, that my husband and I had to clean the floors... amongst other things that they "did not get to" 6 man hours for an almost brand new home... most of the home is not used. Emailed the company the next day to express my dissatisfaction... Followed up with pics... and can you believe that I was basically blamed for them not finishing and not doing a good job... apparently we had too much dog hair??? And get this... their maids can't stand on ladders... well.... can they bring the right materials then?? They have dusters with poles... wtf.. there should be no excuse to why a cleaning company can not dust high areas (our home is not vaulted!!!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I will never use this company!! Don't waste your money!!! Never settle for subpar work.

They went above and beyond to ensure the lights were installed by the time I requested even though it was a last minute request. Jeff worked by himself to get it all done in 1 day (which impressed me because we have a large home). They immediately came out to replace a light bulb. The office stayed in contact with us to ensure we were satisfied. We'll be keeping Windows Ninjas in our callback list for future service.

gutters Cleaned…read more Widow Ninjas were supposed to arrive between 1:00 and 1:30 pm. They arrived instead at 10:15 am. I received a text at 10:31 saying they had finished cleaning the gutters. I can see pine straw in the gutters and hanging from the gutter. I told the guy who arrived three hours early to inform the office not to charge my card I left on file and I told the guy who answered the phone as well. These people charged my card anyway even though I cannot verify that they completed the job. I called several other gutter cleaning companies who told me the gutter cleaning would take four to five times the amount of time Window Ninjas spent to complete the job at a minimum. They were at my house for a total of NINE minutes. I was leaving when they arrived at 10:10am for the gutters. I was headed to an appointment less than two miles away. By the time I arrived were I was going and entered the building, I received a text stating they were done. The nine minutes included parking the truck, getting out of the truck, getting the ladders and equipment to clean, putting the ladders against the house and cleaning the gutters and the downspouts on a two story house. (Impossible) Window Ninjas told me twice they were going to send me pictures of the clean gutters on two occasions. I never received the pictures. When I arrived home, I could see pine straw and debris hanging from my front gutters and large clump of debris in my rear gutter. They left debris in my driveway and a large bag of debris near my trash can. When they came back the next day, they did nothing and was gone in a few minutes. The large areas of dirt was all over my driveway and the bag of trash they in my yard was still in my yard. They could have brought the bag of trash with them. They are ripping people off. Window Ninjas came back the next day. Again, I was leaving when they arrived. I attempted to talk with the guy, but he very rudely completely ignored me and refused to talk with me. He just kept walking while I was talking to him as if I did not exist. I have left several messages for someone in charge to give me a call. No one ever returned my phone call from Window Ninjas. I left several messages for the regional manager whose name I was told is named Gave Salians, never returned any of my request for a call. Salinas never returned my call; however, taunted me by sending five emails requesting I provide them with a reference. I told the two men who answers the phone that I would give them a reference to reflect their awful service. This company quoted $193.00 to clean the gutters. At this rate, they are making $193 for less than 10 minutes of work. I had an appointment for them to clean my gutters. I planned on being at home when they did the cleaning; however, they arrived three hours before the scheduled time. Many contractors do not care at all about what the customer wants and think it is alright to show up when they choose instead of the time which they agreed.
