I submit yes and think I can plan my day around the time I agreed to with two maids. Jokes on me. The first time my appointment was in the morning. I get a text 1 hour before they were supposed to show saying I am rescheduled to 1-3pm. No hey can you do this new time? Nope just you have been rescheduled. So my entire morning was wasted and I had to reschedule my afternoon plans. Today they rescheduled on me two hours before my agreed upon appointment and moved it up. I asked if I will be compensated $50 off since if it were the other way around I would have been charged. I am informed basically, management can't keep clients appointments that they agreed upon for that day if one of client cancels and I should be happy they gave me an hour back in my day (you know because they came early and screwed me out of my morning plans). They then also LIE and tell me they don't charge if their clients reschedule as long as it's the same day regardless of how much notice they give however their text message says differently. The maids are great but the management will waste your time with no consideration, no compensation and then tell you that you should be happy they did it earlier than what was agreed upon. I didn't complain the first time they wasted my time but 2 for 2 is completely unacceptable. Management is TRASH.
