She only cleaned the front part of the kitchen counters. When I asked her to pull the toaster, canisters, knife set in a wooden block, etc. forward so that she could clean all of the counters, she wouldn't do it. Then she came again to my house. After she left, I went to my wallet and a $50. bill and two $20. bills were gone. I just called Molly Maid to complain. No other people have been in my house. I live alone. Wanda told me that I also complained many years ago about one of her employees taking a large jar filled with collectible nickels. I talked to her politely and never raised my voice. Instead of commiserating with me, Wanda told me to find another cleaning service to work for me. SHAME On HER. I have been an excellent customer all these years. Molly Maid must be bonded. As far as I am concerned, I am owed $90. and an apology. This is no way to run a supposedly good company.

When I got home, the place looked exactly the same. There was still dust on the blinds. I sprayed some floor spray and used a paper towel to wipe it up, and the photo shows the dirt left. The bathroom and kitchen were just as bad. Unfortunately I was left spending our last night in town scrubbing every inch of the house. When we sent the company photos and expressed disappointment, she said they'd send a refund. A few days later - nothing. So we bugged them again and they finally sent $50 - a partial refund for them apparently doing no work. They're not worth the money, the energy, or the amount of time you'll have to spend cleaning your place after they leave.

I'd say it's 95% clean, and given the amount of dust and construction remnants, they did great and the price was WAY less than others wanted. The last place kept texting me, raising the price, and when I got back, I had to clean again because they had used mildewed rags to clean with. They charged twice as much as 24k charged. I definitely would recommend Courtney and her crew, and I'll be having them clean our new place monthly.
