My problem was the dryer reading "Check Filter." I knew that excessive lint in a dryer filter is a fire hazard. So I banned use of the dryer until it was cleaned. That's not a happy thing. I felt certain the problem was the outside vent. Having tried to clear it once the experience left me not wanting to do that again......ever. The problem is the side of my house the vent is located faces north, a little less than a mile from the Chesapeake Bay. We get strong blowing winds off the Bay. If anyone dries clothes during one of these weather events the wind blows the vent flaps open & gets the lint wet. It then dries & feels like you're trying to clear out dried concrete. After the technician arrived I told him what I thought the problem was. After a quick check of the dryer's lint filter he went out to check the outdoor vent. After a short period of time he returned & told me it was just what I thought it was. He cleared it, had me pay & was gone. It was a happy time being able to use the dryer again. But I thought the pricing was high, especially since I had diagnosed it for him.

Either way they completely skipped over one of the bathrooms, Didn't even vacuums parts of some rooms, for example there was a pair of shore in the corner of one room and they were just vacuumed around, its something had to be moved (no matter how small it was just skipped over). Oh, and did I mention they didn't even bring their own vacuum they had to use mine? No dusting was done, fan blades all still covered in dust, no baseboards or corners cleaned no matter how accessible. They say they will wipe down microwave inside and out and cabinet faces, didnt do that, didnt even clean some parts of the counter around my coffee machine. Id break it down to I paid someone almost $150/hr to use my vacuum to do a bare minimum clean that I probably do a few times a week. I reached out and told them i was dissatisfied with my service, provided photos and video of all of the issues they apologized and said they would refund me, so I waited and then the refund never came, I reached back out and they said it should be 7-10 days for the refund to come and it still never came. That was close to a month ago now. I'd would suggest quite literally anyone else. 0 out of 10.
