They took the smell out of my couches SO EASILY. Even with the fact that the couches were completely different materials and they removed stains as well!! We then hired them for mold services. First, they removed the mold from a wall in our back room, I started breathing easier immediately following the removal. They then removed mold from our living room and it turned out to be less than we thought!! Only thing I don't like with the company is they don't put plastic over insulation after the wall is cut out. I had a lot of insulation falling onto my floor after the work was done. But I just taped trash bags over it :). Thanks for all the hard work you and your team put in. I can comfortably live in my own home now after a 3 year battle of health issues from mold :)

Airight Air Duct Cleaning has been around in Coastal Virginia for over 20 years. Although their…read morelocation is at the north end near Shore Dr., they do service all of the Coastal Virginia area. Several years ago, I had used them to have the ducts cleaned in the house. This most recent job was for having the dryer vents cleaned. This job was done on June 1, 2022. Having used them before, I knew that they would be good to get back in touch with. I did think about having all the ducts cleaned, but the costs have skyrocketed to near $1000 due to inflation, supply chain issues, etc. Therefore, I have held off for now on having that done again. I had called a few days before the actual appointment to have one set up. They answered very quickly when I called. They were able to get me a morning appointment for June 1, 2022 at 8 am. Fast forward to the scheduled day. They were here just before 8 am, which worked out well. There were two technicians that came to do the work. They would take care of moving the dryer, doing the cleaning, etc. When they came in, they went over what would be done and such. All of it made sense and I just let them do their thing. In about an hour, maybe less, they were done. Everything was put back where it belonged and left it in the same condition as before they started, except that the dryer vent was now clean. Apparently, this type of service is recommended to be done yearly, but it had definitely been longer than that. Looking back, I can understand that since it could be a fire risk otherwise. I definitely don't need that kind of burning desire in the future. The good thing is that we were able to have everything recovered that had been sitting in the dryer graveyard (behind it). Overall, the technicians were professional and efficient. They did very well with the explanation of everything about the process and asked if there were any questions. The service was excellent as always, and I would put it in the sense of the white glove treatment. If you look at their Facebook page, they do look inactive there, but they are still in business. If you are looking to have your dryer vents or air ducts cleaned, I highly recommend them, and also be sure to ask about any specials or discounts.

Long story short, Dana went above and beyond just cleaning the air vent to ensure that our dryer was installed correctly and would be able to be properly maintained in the future. Phenomenal experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for air duct cleaning of any kind!

As I watched them work, I could tell they'd worked as a team for some time. They made sure my belongings were protected and cleaned up when they were done. Gabriel took before and after pics and sent them to me soon after they left. They did a great job. I give them 5 stars. The reason for the 4 star rating is due to one thing. When a representative from Air Duct came to my home, all went well until I pointed out one vent that was higher than all the others, about 20 ft. I was told they did not have a ladder long enough to reach that vent and that if I wanted his techs to clean it I'd have to rent the ladder for them to use. Obviously, that left a sour taste in my mouth. I would think that would be an integral piece of equipment needed for those situations, even if it were something they encountered rarely. Now I have a room full of vents that look practically brand new and one that looks very dirty. See pics. The other pics are of the ducts and coils where the techs did an excellent job. I hope this motivates Air Duct Pro to invest a couple hundred dollars in a ladder for those occasions their customers really need it.

Don't choose this company based on their mailer. It's definitely a "Bait & Switch"…read more I was determined to find a company to clean my Air Ducts. With my lung problems I was concerned about how quickly dust accumulated on my furniture. But I knew absolutely nothing about companies that did this kind of work. As if reading my mind I received the monthly envelope of small advertising slips from companies that same day. This one advertised their long length of being in business, which is always something I consider. They offered a whole house inclusive price. So I called them. The first part of my phone call should have been a clue. When I told him I had an upstairs & downstairs Heat Pump he said that would be double. To me that made sense. So I scheduled. When he arrived he checked all the house, checking for ducts, he quoted me a price that was about 10 times what I had been expecting. Showing him their advertising slip, I felt duped when he said "That is just for 3 Vents." Nowhere did it say that or I would have called another company. Since he was here & I needed to have it done, I gave in. He was a pleasant young man and seemed to have done a good job. But from now on I'm tossing that envelope with advertisements in the trash.
