When you call for service you can usually get an appointment within a day or two of calling, unless it's an emergency then they can typically squeeze you in faster. The downsize is you might get techs where English is their second language. I don't speak Spanish, but just went with the flow on a recent big repair. I started by assuming they couldn't possibly need anything more from me other pointing to the attic and to the bathroom. I was correct. Howver, it was hard to fully understand how close they were to completing the job then actually learning when they were done. But after giving feedback to the office manager, I have learned improving their English is a priority. So I would still feel comfortable using and recommending AirTek.

Ivey was very polite and personable. He seemed thorough in his work, accommodated small adjustments needed that prevented bigger issues in the future like:putting screws to the furnace door so it isn't loose and expose furnace flames next to the water heater and he put tape around an open cable in the outside unit so water won't leak in.
