They completely redid my crawl space AC ducting, removing my critter-shredded flex duct and replacing it with pristine, sturdy hard-duct--all in just a day and a half.... during a snowstorm! Thanks to their incredible work, my family's heat was restored, and we didn't have to suffer in freezing temperatures. From start to finish, AIRTEK was fast, professional, and incredibly thorough. Leo, the CEO himself, came out to assess the situation and ensure his team could do the most complete job possible and at the best price. They scheduled the work quickly, and from my first phone call to job completion, the entire process took only 2 business days. Not only are these guys skilled and efficient, but they're also genuinely great people--friendly, kind, and even having fun while working in below 25-degree weather under my house. Complete dedication. I will call AIRTEK without hesitation for any future HVAC needs (though thanks to their solid work, I wont need to anytime soon). If you're looking for top-tier, complete, reliable service, call these guys. I'm honestly shocked this is their first Yelp review because they're highly rated and well-established on Google. To date, I have trusted their advice to make affordable repairs on my aging unit and help me stay warm and/or cool. When you call for service you can usually get an appointment within a day or two of calling, unless it's an emergency then they can typically squeeze you in faster. The downsize is you might get techs where English is their second language. I don't speak Spanish, but just went with the flow on a recent big repair. I started by assuming they couldn't possibly need anything more from me other pointing to the attic and to the bathroom. I was correct. Howver, it was hard to fully understand how close they were to completing the job then actually learning when they were done. But after giving feedback to the office manager, I have learned improving their English is a priority. So I would still feel comfortable using and recommending AirTek.

    Mini Split installed November 2022- stopped working December 2024. Fair Mechanical came out to…read morelook. Called to tell me the issue, as well as share that the issue was a "known" issue since less than 6 months "after" they installed my unit AND they stopped installing them. In the week I had an issue there were three others as well. Manufacturer warranty covered all parts except the surge protector. The Warranty for Labor with Fair Mechanical was one year- and therefore expired. Paid the bill in full to the tune of $920+ thereabouts - If they knew about the issue during my warranty period, why didn't they reach out and fix it - because then I would've only been responsible for the $290 surge protector- Manufacturer warranty and Labor warranty would've handled all except that one part. So I can't help but assume they are in it for the money only and don't back the product they install. After I expressed my frustrations to the receptionist, she shared with the sales guy. He understood my frustration and asked if he could try to make it right. I feel he only did this because I had said my reviews would not be favorable. He said he'd call me back before EOD. That didn't happen. They got parts and scheduled the repair. He showed up at my house shortly after the tech and said he was able to offer me a refund for the $290 part and one year service on the unit, if I wanted it. ($300 value, basically two cleanings) I agreed to that and said I'd that is what they feel they can do I wasn't going to turn it down. He said he'd be back at the end of the day with a check- didn't happen and didn't hear from him. It wasn't until after I sent a text that I got a reply and such. So, of course this isn't making it 100% right, it is more of a gesture. Making it right would be a refund of everything EXCEPT the cost of the part. But I will take what I can get. I am sorry, I had always heard such good things about this company but I just feel like they did not look out for those of us that bought a unit with a KNOWN issue. Not a recall, that is how they got around it all, I think... but a known issue. If you have a mini split that was installed in the fall of 2022, you may want to call them and ask about adding a surge protector to it so your panel and stuff doesn't get a surge of power and fries. I appreciate the gesture, and obviously I took it- but I can't improve this review. When people don't do what they say - more than once, plus they don't back the product they install or look out for their customers, yah I can't recommend them.
