It may be September, but we are still a few weeks maybe even a few months away from Fall weather. I woke up to a hot house the Friday morning before Labor Day. I was so worried that I was about to have a three day weekend without AC ahead of me. Thanks to Connor Air Repair (and my landlord for scheduling the appointment) I'm up and running again before 2pm! Not only did the technicians take care of my issue, but they also went above and beyond to clean the unit and do other more "preventive" care. I really appreciated the social distancing measures that the technicians took as well. Including not having both in the house at the same time unless necessary, wearing masks, maintaining as much physical distance between myself and them as my tiny living room would allow. They have terrible customer service, I would not recommend this company!! I have had a unit installed they took five times to get it running. I had to call and call again to get them to respond. A 19,000 dollar unit took months to get straight. They would tell me there were many calls ahead of me after I had paid in full!! read more

I have had two experiences with this company first one was amazing professional respectful and efficient using one of the technicians... second I had the displeasure of meeting one of the owners and had nothing but negative inefficient and disrespectful interactions over the 45 minutes he was actually in my home "working ". Left after "nearly and hour as he summed it up with neither my plumbing problem nor my ac needs fixed.... One was going to be a little work to figure out the other was replacing ducts so I assumed he would come prepared to fix my torn away ducts at the very least. 155$ for absolutely nothing but excuses and he has the gall to tell me it would not be applied to the "work" they would have to come back and do as every other company in the area will do! His quote for three ducts was competitive but if he is doing any of the work I wouldn't bother. He did not patch my duct holes close my crawl space door or offer to suction up the water soaked floor after running four or five loads through my washer then tilting it over to inspect it... I ended up going with another company who were a little more expensive but timely respectful and did all the necessary work to ensure the comfort and safety of my family! read more

Reviewed all the yelp comments and decided to give Corner Services a call due to owner's comment about under new management. Best decision I could have made. Brenda was fast to respond and scheduled me up the next day. Thomas was prompt and professional. He inspected the tub, the sink the water heater and the AC. He made the process so seamless and fast. I wasn't too sure what was going on with my heating unit. I just knew that it wouldn't heat over 60 degrees in my house. The lady on the phone was understanding and didn't make me feel stupid because I didn't know if I had electric or gas heating (don't judge me). They gave me an estimate between 11am and 1pm, and the tech arrived around noon. He even offered to give me a call when he was on his way. James was friendly and accommodating when I asked him to remove his shoes upon entering my house. He was fast and efficient. He gave me a full report as to what the issue is and even re-wired some work that was previously done incorrectly. They don't offer military discounts, but their prices are fair. Most HVAC places charge an initial diagnostic fee which doesn't include any parts or labor, so I consider the cost a steal. read more

A friend in construction sent this plumber to my house to give me an estimate for a job I might potentially do through her company. A year later, I'm a getting a bill saying they snaked my bathroom tub line when they never did. I am utterly confused as to why someone would say that they snaked my line when they didn't. Would not recommend !! way over priced for what you get. Scheduled a routine service and they did absolutely nothing, found addition work to be done and quoted a price range. After showing up an hour late for the appointment, this company billed me before the work was even started at the top end of quote. Not someone I would do business with again. Doesn't hold true to their word, get your quote in writing. Just because a company has been in business a long time does necessarily mean they are good. Technician did a good job, and defiantly knew what he was doing, but why pay for three hours' worth of work when it only took one?? will not be using this company again. read more

We have used Conner Services multiple times over the years and have never had a bad experience with them. Our outside units fan quite working properly at 3pm on Friday afternoon. The heat index was 109. I called and talked to Liz one of the owners and she promptly said she would find out her guys locations and get back with me on when they could come by. in less than 10 minutes there tech (Jimmy) called and said he was on his way from Ocean View And would be here within 35-40 minutes. From the time Jimmy called me to the time he finished the job it took 1 hour and 2 minutes. Our house never got over 80 degrees. I can't thank there team enough for the prompt and professional response they gave us! This is a family run business. We originally started using them with the first generations owners, but we can tell you this (our first experience with the 2nd generation) was just as AWESOME as their parents.
