I requested a dryer vent cleaning and called to have them come after four. They were prompt and timely. When Will came over, he explained in detail what was expected and the cost... no hidden fees. He explained everything. Once agreed, he started and showed me how bad my dryer vent was. So glad I called them to come on by. The whole time, he was friendly and professional. As he headed out, he went through the payment process and it was very easy. Look forward to working with them again. read more

I hired them to pressure wash my house for a quoted price of $169. When they arrived I was told there was an additional charge of $160 for "chemicals" that need to be applied before pressure washing. The true cost was $330. They did a good job, but I object to their false advertising. read more

Called for a dryer vent cleaning and was quoted a price of $89. The technician, Will, took a look, said that it would be $200. When asked why, we were told that because of a clog, it would take a lot more time to clean. 15 minutes later, I hope that it is clean. How much shorter time would it have taken if not clogged? When I first called and spoke to Adam, he said that if clogged, it could be $120. Where did the $200 amount come from? My second call to Adam resulted in a change of story and he said the amount charged was entirely up to the technician. Do not use a bait and switch company. read more

I would give a zero if I could. I made an appt and spoke to someone about the 5 room special for 119. When he arrived to my home he told my daughter a different price of 368. Who does that? I asked him to call me to explain and he refused, sent my daughter a bill on his phone of which she screen shot to me of added charges. Nothing about the 119 special. When I told him he could leave he got angry at my daughter's and left my furniture nowhere where he found it. His only excuse, "everybody will give you a different price when they see the place" that is not true you are a scammer, I hope you meet your match one day. read more

Don't choose this company based on their mailer. It's definitely a "Bait & Switch". I was determined to find a company to clean my Air Ducts. With my lung problems I was concerned about how quickly dust accumulated on my furniture. But I knew absolutely nothing about companies that did this kind of work. As if reading my mind I received the monthly envelope of small advertising slips from companies that same day. This one advertised their long length of being in business, which is always something I consider. They offered a whole house inclusive price. So I called them. The first part of my phone call should have been a clue. When I told him I had an upstairs & downstairs Heat Pump he said that would be double. To me that made sense. So I scheduled. When he arrived he checked all the house, checking for ducts, he quoted me a price that was about 10 times what I had been expecting. Showing him their advertising slip, I felt duped when he said "That is just for 3 Vents." Nowhere did it say that or I would have called another company. Since he was here & I needed to have it done, I gave in. He was a pleasant young man and seemed to have done a good job. But from now on I'm tossing that envelope with advertisements in the trash. read more

Received a coupon in the valpak thought the prices sounded great!!! But no .. they text said they were in route only to show up two hrs later .. when they got here they would not honor the coupon and tried to charge more even tho the coupon made no mention of restrictions . . This is a terrible carpet cleaning company. I called from a coupon that came in the bundle each month . They advertise WHOLE HOUSE CARPET CLEANING for $99. Then they come and try to upcharge you for $20 per room to use carpet cleaner or shampoo IN THE WATER. What? So it is "cleaned" with water only and very quickly. All the areas look the same as before (JUST WET) . Then they want to spray some terrible smelling line fragrance. I guess because IT DOES NOT SMELL CLEAN BECAUSE IT IS NOT! What a rip off! DON'T USE MASTER CLEANING . Very dishonest read more

I've tried a few carpet cleaning companies over the years, but Master Cleaning is by far the best. They offered a great deal with free sanitizer and deodorizer. The results speak for themselves. The carpets are spotless, and the service was top-notch. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family read more

I found the company via an online sponsored advertisement. They promised a window time of 10a-12p they showed up at 12:30p a half an hour late. Yes, it is hot outside but the tech was rude and Immediately he went into a sales pitch. They are a bait and switch company, offered on special then irreverently wanted to charge triple the price and service I had booked for. I paid for the special I purchased: He stayed 20 minutes. Next time I'll be better off cleaning the carpet myself over this company's lack of service. read more

After reading the reviews I wish I would have looked here first! TERRIBLE company!!! The truck had a stench like a port a potty! They did a terrible job. YES to the bait and switch. I spent way too much and now have to have a reputable company come fix it. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! read more

Roman was quick and effective! Scheduling with easy and convenient! The job was quick able to complete the job without any issues

Your smoke show doesn't work with me. I reviewed everything with your customer service before I booked. A fluctuations in pricing is one thing but $1100 raises a lot of red flags! Had all the systems camera scoped and everything that your tech quoted didn't even come near to what the results were said. No mold, no clog in duct work! You people are crooks! read more

I found this company by a coupon out of the vaulepac that comes in the mail. The whole house air duct cleaning 99.99 ect.. but of course the price was atleast triple that. We really needed it done of course and our vents were pretty dusty and dirty. We paid the price he wanted and they did the work , now this coupon came with a 2 year warranty so when the dust started to show up on my walls above my vents after 10 months, we called them to come back and honor their Warranty but they did not. Told me that my vents were to dirty to clean but they didn't say that their first visit. Horrible company. Do not fall for this dishonest company and their bogus coupons!!!! read more

I'd give a zero rating if I could. I called the company based on ValPak coupon for $74.99: 1 funace, 1 duct, returns extra, 2 year warranty. The whole thing is a bait and switch scam. The technician gave me an estimate for over $600, including $90 per return. He didn't speak English, so I called the company and asked them to honor the deal with no returns added. I was told that it wouldn't qualify for a 2 year warranty. When I said I didn't care about the warranty, I was told they wouldn't do it. The responder even admitted that the whole idea was to get a technician in the house so that he could give us an estimate for all the work they wanted to do. I declined. read more

The coupon is false advertising. States $49.99 to clean an upholstered chair. When I contacted them they said their minimum service charge is $69.99. No where on the coupon does it state there is a minimum. read more

The tech was very polite, but that was the only positive thing. I contacted them to do air duct cleaning. They basically used a truck mounted vacuum and sprayed some deodorizer. Also it is advertised as $99, but somehow I ended up paying almost 300. A complete waste of money. read more

75th 1 star review. The coupon turns into a very expensive job way too quickly, and the price changes immediately based on the shocked look on your face. Talk of a 2 year warranty while having absolutely nothing in writing, no contract, no SOW. How do you honor that? Sketchy, and based on the reviews not worth the time or money. Be warned! read more

They are running a scam. The coupon covers steaming the carpet with water. There is an additional charge of $25 per room for cleaning products. I kindly sent them packing. Don't even deserve any type of rating read more

Be careful!! The quote they give on the phone is NOT the amount the technician tells you once they arrive at the home. I hired them for air duct & dryer vent cleaning. The technician gave me a price twice as much as what was quoted on the phone. I told him no way! Never mind, you can leave. I told him I never would have hired them for service at the price he's saying. Then he said "ok, I'm sorry, I'll do it for your price since I'm here, I'll talk to her at the office". & he did the work for original quote. After he left, I looked at dryer vent inside because he insisted he only needed to do it from the outside. The pictures show what I was able to pull out with my hand!!! read more

I would give this company NO stars if it had let me for powerwashing of my Mom's home in Richmond. First, the coupon price is not at all what they will charge you. Second, they used bleach to clean the house which has killed all of the plants and flowers that bordered the house. Leaves are brown and falling off the dogwood tree which is also next to the house. Third, when they washed near the back door, they kept it on the strongest spray and small amounts of spray came into the house and left bleach marks on the carpet. They do not return phone calls if they know you are not happy with the service. We have been trying for two weeks to get anyone to call us back. They say they guarantee customer satisfaction but it is clear they have no interest. read more

We attempted to use a coupon from Fresh Cleaners for carpet cleaning. The ad was for $80 for 5 rooms + hallway, deodorizing and sanitizing. When the tech arrives he said it was going to be $450 to make them look new, and that at the least it'd be $250. I told him I wasn't planning on paying 3x as much and that we had the $80 coupon. He said the coupon was for move out only, light cleaning (nowhere was that mentioned) and could go as low as $180. I didn't think I'd have to haggle on the carpet cleaning. I told him I didn't have the money for that and he left. Called the number and the man I spoke with said the pricing didn't matter based on furniture or not. Eventually he said the price would be $180 for the 4 rooms we had and stairs with pretreatment (stairs were $20 and pretreatment is $80!!) Sounds like either their tech is trying to pocket some side money or just over charge. It appears the ValPak deal is just to get them in the door where they can gouge you for add ons. Definitely wouldn't trust / use this company with my carpets. read more

Do not use. They will overcharge and do not honor their own pricing or coupons. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible service! I was reassured 3 different times ... 2 by message and 1 by phone that I was sure to be scheduled at 10am as we were moving out with a uhaul early afternoon. He called and said 1130-1230 that am. Then asked about adding additional things... pet treatment and I said NO 3 or 4 times also asked 2 or 3 times about cleaning dryer vent. I said NO we don't own the home. We moved 2 vehicles to let the technician pull up in front of the uhaul to gain access to the house. We then pulled back up in the driveway in front of him. When all was said and done, we had boxes in the yard (as we are loading uhaul and vehicles) for our move. These boxes are full of our belongings. The technician rather ask us to move, proceeds to try and Jimmy his van from between the uhaul and our 4runner. We didn't know this as he never came up to ask us to move our vehicles... 5 adults moving around inside and outside. Rather I happened to come out to load something in the uhaul and see the technician getting ready to cut across our lawn but go directly into the path of where we have packed boxes. He continues as I start running and yelling and he actually ran over 2 of them. He got out, looked at the crushed boxes and didn't say a word. Not a word! I yelled and said you couldn't just come up and ask us to move our vehicles??? Are you kidding me?!? What the he@@ dude!! He still didn't say anything and got bk in his van... I moved my vehicle and he left. Receptionist said earlier that morning she would have the manager give me a call. NEVER got that call. My 120 quote turned into 170 with pet treatment when I told them I had cat throw up ONLY that I got up 90% of the stains and she said the 120 include stain treatment. I even have her on fb messenger saying that. Nope! No call back from mgmt. Horrible technician who should not be allowed to drive and serious up charge! read more

Never use this company. They send a lot of advertisements with reasonable pricing then they use the bait and switch...I had them doing a power wash for 170.00 but after he "walked around" it was an additional "120.00" chemicals....that is part of the power wash?!!!! To add injury to insult they charge a 5 percent fee for credit card or debit card transactions and the. Have the nerve to ask for tip...shady company do not do business with them ever!!! Do not trust the coupon for this service. Once they arrive, they will say that you have stains and high traffic areas on you carpet and that the coupon is for just a standard "wash". They will say that they have to use chemicals for the stains and that the high traffic areas will not come clean and that this is normal. They charged my daughter $200.00 and said that they gave her a $50.00 discount. If I had been at the house, I would have sent them packing. I could have had the same results with my carpet cleaner, but she wanted it professionally cleaned. Next time we will call a true professional. Don't believe me? Look at the other reviews. this is definitely a rip off company, use the 89.99 for 5 rooms free deoderizer, he first told me $415, I was in shock, I didnt know they would add $175 for treatment of dog urine stains and heavy used walkways, and $50 for stairs and hallway, then at end charged me $19 for tax. He was in and out in less than an hour, could hardly speak any English, seemed very shady. Said carpet would be dry in 3 to 4 hours, now 24 hours still wet, afterwards I could have kicked myself should have told him to leave as soon as he told me the $415, removing a room, I got him down to $315, then he told me $19 for tax, so instead of paying $90, ended up paying $334. read more

Don't waste your time unless you want to get ripped off. Definitely should have read the reviews before booking but lessons learned Coupon from valupak said $80 whole house cleaning up to 5 rooms. Called to make the appt and wasn't very confident they would even show up. They showed up and told my husband that stairs weren't included in the whole house cleaning and that it would be $40 more to do the stairs. My husband pulled up the website and found their coupon for $99 including stairs.....the guy proceeded to try to tell him that that coupon was old and not valid and then that it didn't include this or that. Apparently he realized that my husband wasn't going to budge or take deal with his rudeness so he said fine took the money and left. My carpets are atleast wet but who know if anything besides water was used in them. I don't know how coupons get into the valupak mailer but if I were them I'd make sure this company wasn't one I was helping to advertise. Absolutely terrible experience and am no longer using them for the power washing I was going to be having them do. read more

PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND HIRE A BETTER CARPET CLEANING COMPANY. We hired Master Clean to clean to do a move out carpet clean. The tech recommended an upgraded service which was supposed to remove 80-90% of the stains as their standard carpet clean does not remove any stains (per the tech). When opt in the additional fees, we were expecting the carpet to have a pet deodorizer as well as the stains to be removed. Per their website, the are experts in removing stains. After the tech cleaned the carpet, it was HORRIBLE. Several dark spot were let in the carpet and the pet deodorizer was not done. When calling to speak with the Manager, he sent the tech back out, only for him to spray something on the carpet as a pet deodorizer but, never go over the carpet again. I had to hire another company to come clean the carpet and they were able to clean it properly and remove the pet order. When speaking to the manager about my situation the day he sent the tech back out, he stated that he was going to refund $26 for the "treatment" portion and once we had someone else out and showed the proper cleaning, he would then refund the full "treatment" amount. After sending him pictures of the 2nd cleaning, he then changed his mind and went back on his word. The website advertises 100% customer service but, they to don't uphold that. The receipt also said to let them know if it needs to be re-clean, we let him know in 2 days and he did not honor this as well. The manager also blocked my number as well. read more

If you do not want to price haggle, do not contact this business. I got an estimate to clean 5 rooms, and 26 steps. I scheduled and the tech arrived only to tell me that he was not going to clean my carpets for the price that I was quoted. The worse part about the conversation was him telling me that he could clean the top of the stair and not the sides.....In what City is such foolery tolerated; not in Suffolk Land. He was kindly dismissed. read more

Bait and switch- I was told one price but once they arrived, the price double if I wanted him to actually use soap to clean the carpet. I don't believe they would have shown up had I not called to confirm that they were still coming. They were to arrive between the hours of 2 and 4 and arrived at exactly 4pm or slightly after...He rushed through the house he wasn't here even 60 minutes for the entire house and sprayed water on the walls. Cleaning the sectional sofa consisted of spraying water on one side of the cushions only and changing me extra for a protectant. Then said do not sit on it for 24 hours... Carpets do look better but I overall not impressed and I will not use them again, nor recommend them. The add with the coupon is simply to get them in the door. read more
