Libbey's Power Washing Company is amazing! I've had my house power washed by them twice now. Apparently the busiest season for them is Spring/Summer time so when I called a few months ago to book an appointment, I had to wait several weeks out...but that's mostly my fault. I called to schedule a power washer and to possibly flush out my down sprouts. Brandon I believe is the owner and one of the main employees that comes out to do the power washings. He's very professional, courteous, and honest. I informed him that I did have a gutter guard and wasn't sure if I needed a flush in down sprouts or not. He stated he could blow away some of the debris on top of the gutter guard and spray some water down the down sprouts to see if it was working as it should. Brandon and another associate was here for a little over an hour and my house looks shiny and new again! Their prices did increase a little bit last year but they do great work and I would recommend them for all your gutter and power washing needs! At the end of February 2020, we knew that we were having windows replaced, but we wanted to have the power washing completed before the window replacement. It was then that I started to look online for such businesses. I found out about Libbey's Power Washing during the online search. They were very responsive through Google Maps. We were able to get a date and time to have it done, as well as matching a discount from a competitor. A few days later, it was time for the power washing. They did get here on time. I wasn't personally home at the time when it occurred as I was at work, but my mom was here when they completed the power washing. After having the house done, my mom had them also do the driveway and concrete walkway up to the house as well. When I got home, I saw how great everything looked. The driveway and such, along with the house looked almost new of sorts. You could still smell a bit of the cleaning agents, but that's to be expected. Overall, I like the work that they did and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future for my power washing needs. Great customer service and exceptional work. We had our gutters cleaned ($80) and house pressure washed ($300 a 3200 sq. feet). They should up right on time and I like that they text you when they are on the way and the receipt (emailed, too). I asked about sandblasting paint from our bricks, and they were honest and said it would probably damage the type we have. Mike did a great job. He assured me after I asked that out plants would be safe. However, we started noticing the next day some of our plants turning color and the leaves drying up quickly. Turns out the chlorine wasn't good for what we planted and could possibly need replacing. Brandon came out to look and offered to do whatever we needed to replace plants or reimburse us. They do a great job and stand behind their work, but I would check first to make sure your plants can handle any chemical they would use. I'd use them again but no more than soap and water on the house. read more
