Dangerous aggressive employees with an owner that is not willing to fix the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am waiting for the police to arrive following a hit and run where their truck, driving aggressively, merged into my lane without regard for my vehicle being there. I got in front of the truck at the next light and told the driver not to leave the scene because I was calling the police. The driver got out of the truck and got very aggressive with me, trying to keep me from calling the police. I left the owner, Brian Massie, a voicemail and texted him pictures. I reached out to this company via their contact online form on Friday. They responded quickly but then it turned into a 4 day correspondence via email to try to get my gutters cleaned/repaired rather than just calling me to get it scheduled. First they quoted me $150 for the back and $200 for the whole house. So I said I wanted the whole house since it was only $50 more. Then they came back and said oh wait let me have your address because it may be $250. Then all of a sudden it's $250 and they want cash, check, Zelle, or cash app. I proceeded to tell them I was only comfortable paying with my card, and scheduled to have them come out today. Then at 4:45 I asked if they were still coming and they told me maybe tomorrow or the next day. I told them I needed this done asap and they said " I don't think we will be a good fit then" so obviously they don't want business or gutter cleaning/ repair is too low of a job for them. read more

Called Brian and he responded by text promptly with an estimate. After back and forth with inquiries about different sizes and types of gutter guards I made a final decision and Brian gave me an approximation of installation. He stated that he would let me know due to him waiting for materials. In addition, I have to mention that I received 3 estimates and his estimate was the most affordable and his company came highly recommended from neighbors and friends. On the day of the install, his workers came and did a superb and fairly quick install. It looked just as good as I had hoped. Brian's guys also installed a custom splash guard due to the corner being so close to the chimney and looked very well done. There was a slight issue with one of the corners leaking more than usual. I informed Brian and he came the next day to repair that corner and double check the other 3 corners. He was very thorough in checking to see if everything was done correctly and I appreciated that. Brian Massie coresponded with us via text messages. He sent two works out to complete the repair. They came out as scheduled to execute the job of repairing our gutters. The workers were polite and courteous. We noticed that the following time we experienced a downpour that the repair did not solve the problem. We attempted to the contact Mr. Massie via text and phone. He did not respond. We were very disappointed because we paid $150 for a service we did not receive. Talk about a great find! I contacted GutterWorks for a quote and shortly after Brian reached out to set up a time and date. I have a demanding work schedule but thankfully Brian was very accommodating. He came by and gave me a quote and answered every single question with great detail. 2 days later I had gutters! Later I asked him to come back out to make a few tweaks because I had a fence installed (after the gutters) and needed the down spouts to be redirected and he didn't mind a bit. Called Brian for a quote and he fit us in right away. We weren't home so he left a quote with color samples for us. We wanted to match our downspouts to the house, and Brian took the time to walk us through color options. Came out to do the work on schedule. His crew was pleasant enough but they seemed more interested in being done for the day than the quality of their craftsmanship. They were a bit sloppy and left shavings, screws and other scraps in our yard, which was concerning as we have pets and small children who could have gotten cut from the sharp edges. There was also a missing connector due to us upsizing our downspouts. This was fine; however, his crew didn't mentioned that a new connector was needed. My husband noticed it as they were leaving. If he hadn't seen it, our mulch would have washed away after the first rainstorm. We mentioned this to Brian and he addressed it to our satisfaction. He is extremely easy to work with. The whole coordination was done over the phone, cost was fair, coordination was A plus, and he made payment options very convenient. We would recommend this company! read more
