I'm not quite sure how to review this business, since the requested work was performed, the technician was nice & friendly. But the price didn't align with the time he spent & a trip charge. My problem was the dryer reading "Check Filter." I knew that excessive lint in a dryer filter is a fire hazard. So I banned use of the dryer until it was cleaned. That's not a happy thing. I felt certain the problem was the outside vent. Having tried to clear it once the experience left me not wanting to do that again......ever. The problem is the side of my house the vent is located faces north, a little less than a mile from the Chesapeake Bay. We get strong blowing winds off the Bay. If anyone dries clothes during one of these weather events the wind blows the vent flaps open & gets the lint wet. It then dries & feels like you're trying to clear out dried concrete. After the technician arrived I told him what I thought the problem was. After a quick check of the dryer's lint filter he went out to check the outdoor vent. After a short period of time he returned & told me it was just what I thought it was. He cleared it, had me pay & was gone. It was a happy time being able to use the dryer again. But I thought the pricing was high, especially since I had diagnosed it for him. read more

The worst carpet cleaner in the area. Terrible service to match. This business needs to be shut down. All the reviews on google are fake bots the owner paid for . The rudest people that can't remove a single stain. I have practically new carpet that was installed last year, high end in just one room. DO NOT HIRE!!! Absolutely worst company! They not only showed up and asked for more money, but they rushed the job and finished 3 flights of stairs, 2 entryways, 1 room, living room and downing room area in 40 minutes. Completely rushed the job and it showed. I have pictures of before and after, and have stains on my carpet that were not there, it seems workers put stains on purpose because we had them repeat the job and refused to give them $400 more. Initially the carpet cleaning service was great and Devon did an awesome job. We trusted them to come back and decided to use their house cleaning service along with a follow up carpet cleaning out of convenience. The Carpet cleaning was fine. The house cleaning was severely inadequate. After 7 hours of cleaning the only cleaned areas were showers/tubs and appliances. Floors, walls, base boards, cabinets, etc... were left untouched. After a complaint, they spent an additional 4-5 hours trying to finish the cleaning, just for my wife to go back the next morning and try to wipe down cabinets, drawers and window sills before the final inspection. read more

Double checked with the phone operator that each duct wasn't additional cost and was told it was unlimited ducts included with the price. I expected to pay more anyways but had the technician come to my house to inform it was closer to 900$. I went ahead with just the dryer vent for 150$ and hired them for both my house and my mom's house where he quoted her 130$ for the dryer? Told me he could do the air ducts for 450$ instead of the 776$ he originally quoted me for after I declined the service. These guys just make up charges on the fly. Don't use there service!!!! I Booked service with this company, over the phone they quoted me approximately 190. When the worker showed up he looked at my rooms and said it was gonna be more than double the price they said over the phone but I still ended up doing it. He cleaned the carpet I did a walk through and identify 3 closets that wasn't touched. He proceeded to tell me that they don't clean closets if it's closed ( in a house that was vacant) and he also had cleaned the carpet in one of the closet. My number one priority was to remove an Oder that was in the carpet but when he got done the carpet still smelled the same. I told him about it he said he doesn't smell anything thing. I told him I will be watching it for a couple days and if it doesn't change I will be calling back. 3 days after I called telling them I am requesting another service because my carpet wasn't cleaned properly. I was told by the operator that the will be reaching out to me with available times and now it has been 2 weeks and no call from them. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER - WHAT A RIP OFF!!! When we needed our dryer vent cleaned out, we called your company after reading many reviews. ?? We were contacted 4 times to verify our appointment which was scheduled for 1:00 PM. We waited and no one showed up until 5:30. That is 4 1/2 hours late from scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival he made my wife go outside to locate the access. He was not very thrilled with the idea of going in a crawl space. That was on 6/28/22 and the tech advised us that he did what he could do. There was absolutely NO airflow from our dryer to the vent outside. He said he needed to have a second person with him in order to do that, and assured us that he would be back by that Friday -- definitely before the beginning of the week which was the 4th of July. We were charged $120.00 for that and were told that the amount would be applied to the follow up call. We assumed there would be no or very minimal charge on the follow up call. He then proceeded to leave his truck parked in front of our building, and disappeared until 8:00 PM in which he returned to his truck and drove away. Very, very strange!! Not only did we not hear back from him that week, but we emailed our concern for the problem not being fixed and the lack of follow up and never received an answer. We had to initiate another phone call to set up another appointment. Our second appointment was for 3:00 on 7/11/22. Notice how many days that is from the original visit!! Once again, we were notified 4 times to confirm the appointment. He apparently arrived at 1:00 and we were not home when we had a 3:00 appointment. This time the tech arrived at 5:30---only 2 1/2 hours late, and was alone, when he advised us earlier he would need a second person. He was very perturbed that we were not here when he came at 1:00. Why would we just sit around all day waiting when there was a scheduled appointment time? Is that the way you operate your business? He once more mentioned that he needed to go under the building in the crawl space. This time, he needed me to show him the access. He would not and did not look on his own. After a couple of minutes he came out and practically refused to do any more because he didn't want to go back in the crawl space. I would like to ask "Is our building the only building that you service that has a crawl space?????" He eventually went back and said we had a blockage that he could not unblock. So, to resolve the issue he just redirected the vent to blow the dryer lint directly on the ground under our building. For this partial work we were charged a whopping $321.00. So we have paid your company a total of $441.00, and the problem is not fixed!! First of all, we will never know if the dryer is working properly if there is no direct air flow to the outside. Second of all, if the Fire Marshal does an inspection and sees what is happening under our building, we could possibly be fined. At that time, we would certainly tell them what company authorized this shipshod repair. Also, if our Condo Association had any idea that our dryer vent was directed to blow the lint under, we would be fined by them. Are you willing to pay that for us? We believe it is an extreme fire hazard. One spark and our whole building of 12 units would be up in flames. What if all 12 units had their dryer vents shooting lint under it. Is that what you call acceptable work? We demand that the problem be corrected the right way with little or no more money due, preferably with a different tech. We request an answer to this email---unlike the one sent in June. We hope to resolve this issue without any further action by us. We await your answer. ***** It has been four days and no response. Terrible. This man showed up 2 hours late in a tiny car, knowing that I had requested a commercial carpet steam cleaning. That was very puzzling. He then proceeded to pull out a small bottle of some random solution and took advantage of my utter frustration by trying to convince me that "spot cleaning" was so much more effective. I don't even know if these people own a steam cleaner. The most frustrating part about all of this, other than what they decided to charge, which I could've easily done the tiny bit of work that this man did, he insisted on using MY VACUUM CLEANER!!!!!! I needed my roof dryer vent cleaned out. I called for a price, making it clear it was a roof vent requiring someone to get on our garage roof to clean it out. I was given a price of $99 with an additional $9 for each additional foot beyond normal. After the job was done I was charged $250 because the technician had to go on the garage roof. We called because we were over the loveliness that happens to carpets when you adopt a new puppy. We waited until she was out of her phase, so the carpet was in serious need of help. Jason was able to come out the next day, and even called to see if we wanted an earlier visit on the Saturday which he was scheduled. We definitely wanted the earlier appointment as it was three hours earlier than scheduled, and he was right on time. Once in the house, Jason made great recommendations. We went with his ideas and couldn't be more pleased. The carpets look new and the smell of pup is gone. The price was fair and he was also very fair in using a special solution for pet stains. Customer service, communication, professionalism, and results were and are all top notch. On April 4th, a gentleman from VB Carpet Cleaning picked up my rug at 4931 Falcon Creek Way, Apt 105, Hampton, VA. I explained to him that we were moving at the beginning of May and that we would need the rug back before then. The gentleman is Isrealian and I believe his name may have been Yen. He told us about the process of cleaning the rug and offered to actually bring the Rug on May 1st to our new location. On April 20th, I got a text message from them for an appointment to drop off the rug, i reminded them that the agreement was May 1st, but I was concerned they would not be working on Sunday May 1st, so we agreed on May 2nd at 9:00 am and confirmed new address in Hampton. I have all text messages to confirm what I am saying. I never got my rug, I waited all that day, made many calls, and got excuses. Finally a young white man came by with a rug that was not mine. He told me that was the rug given to him and he was told him to bring to my new apartment. I gave him a picture of what my rug looks like. He made that statement that my rug may have been brought in and never properly tagged, that's why he was given the wrong rug. I have called numerous times. Some young lady keeps telling me she will research my information and get back to me. I even asked to speak to a manager, and all I hear is the manager is not available at the time.
