Jessica was amazingly not at all frightened by the photos I sent her and addressed all my initial concerns in a kind and straightforward way. So, I became Jessica's first virtual customer. For five months, Jessica helped me deal with the estate's trustee, the lawyer, an estranged sibling, two realtors, and two sets of movers. And, oh, yes, sorting through two large houses crammed with stuff, calmly showing me one item after another, and taking photos of everything from precious antiques to ridiculous junk. Jessica was careful, not judgmental, and easy to discuss things with --- she was always concerned to make the process easier for me even when this meant it was harder for her. Jessica really had to hunt for items in some scary areas in the houses and in countless boxes, drawers, cupboards, and closets. Jess even helped me deal with tiny nightmares like dividing up china among family members. Maybe this goes without saying, but Jessica is just so darned ORGANIZED, and good at juggling a number of things at same time. Throughout the project, Jessica gave me updates, answered all my questions quickly, and was great at confirming appointments and deadlines. Showed me around and scheduled Barb, the organizer, to come visit me and measure for bar options. This location is mainly a warehouse for their merchandise, but they have a few displays they can show you to give you an idea of their products finished look. I would have loved to see a "look book" that had pictures of actual finished similiar jobs completed by the staff at this location. I was very impressed by the receptionist's knowledge and professionalism. She handled an unexpected customer with kindness, gratitude, and the best customer service demeanor that I have seen in a long time. Bravo!

So I was referred to Cleaning Gurus by a very good friend and was super excited to work with them…read more The scheduling person was very responsive and timely. I had scheduled a deep clean, which is a 4 hour cleaning and was going to be $150 and intended to use them on a monthly bases. The day came and one cleaning professional showed up on time, at noon, and immediately went to work. They don't really talk to you about what you are looking for or what you want them to focus on. The first cleaning professional was very focused and getting stuff done. The second professional didn't show up until a little over 30 min later and she seemed very distracted by her phone. It was 2:30 and they were gone, the floors were wet but I didn't get to see what they mopped with or how. I was very confused because they definitely werent here for 4 hours and our house definitely wasn't deep cleaned. We started to look around and noticed if there is something under a couch or table or behind something they didn't pick it up. The cleaning professional in the kitchen, she was the distracted one, took all the stuff on my island and moved/piled it on a small side counter. Not organized in any sort of manner. I was going to let all that pass but then I noticed my sons knees, he's a crawler, had become a dirty brown color. I became very concerned because he crawls everywhere and I didn't want him getting sick if they floors were gross. It took numerous swifter pads to clean my floors and I don't have a very big home at all. I contacted them and let them know everything and they asked if I wanted them to send out a manager the next day to clean but I had already cleaned everything myself. You would think with the package confusion and less than satisfactory services they would offer a discount but non was given and they didn't honor their military discount either. I paid for the 2 hour service, a $90 service, but had to reclean my floors, pick up stuff from under stuff, and they didn't even touch my laundry room.
