Thankfully the police responded and captured video and photo evidence, so hopefully she will not do this again to anyone. I sure hope this is not a reflection of their service, something should be done about her representing the company and acting the way she did. Edited to reflect the owner response to this review. As the review is not a reflection of their service and merely a complaint against one of their part time employees I have edited to show good faith that they will do right by their customers.

Recently booked this company because the rental company i was leaving from said not to clean the…read morehouse to have it professionally done because they can do a better standard than the residents. I was quoted one price for when the house wasnt empty yet and the lady said it would be 325 left as is. So we cleaned and emptied everything out so that the price would be less. And I told the owner i would wipe down the insides of the cabinets and stuff. But apart of a move out clean is everything. The two workers came to the house and moved slower than ever! Made it seem as if the condition of the house was soo bad they had to move so slow is what they told their boss so she is calling me to tell me i didnt wipe out the cabinets like i told her and didnt leave the house in a condition of their standards which is untrue! The dude spent an hour in one bathroom it took the girl 2 hours to wipe off base boards and wipe down doors windows ect in 2 rooms with one window in each room. upstairs after 3 hours of working they didnt want to finish is what i feel like so another 100 was added to the original 275 because they waited for me to be outside to call and complain to their boss. So now after they came at 2:30 its 5:45 and the owner is requesting more money and yelling going back and forth with me about what i didnt do. I sent the $100. She then says she wants them to pack up and leave without finishing and go through my janky old rental company to get more money!! Because she is telling me this shouldnt be an 12hr job WHEN IT WASNT! SHE WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME AT ALL! This company is a joke! RUN dont walk away from it unless you specifically say this is the price for this and how many hours does that amount cover.. also make sure if your booking this company you get another company to clean up beforehand because they dont want to do deep cleanings for a move out they want top dollar to do a wipe down Update: please post the photos of the bathroom it took 2hr to do. And the home it wasnt filty when they came. And a home that has been lived in for 3 years with children isnt going to be spotless. Please post the photos. And when you were trying to argue with me it wasnt about the stove you never stopped to actually hear what i was saying because you kept trying to talk about what i didnt do. That should have been included in the clean anyway. Also you posted a pic of a fridge i cleaned!!! Post the picture pf the bathroom that was soo filty it took 2 hr to do. That one pic isnt even a product that your workers cleaned! You came the first day when we were moving and said as is it would be 325 did you miss that part! If i was going to clean the whole house why would i be hiring you!!?? We never spoke about me cleaning the fridge or any of that stuff and 2 cabinets that had flour in them my husband and i cleaned out! Your full of crap and so is your company! Beware someone willing to go back and forth online and post a pic of an item you didnt clean is crazy lol! Yall are petty

They failed to respond to inquires from the property manager and the BBB. They since have merged with another company called Masterkleen. I am a veteran as well and am very disappointed that this situation couldn't be resolved and that I was charged $399 for unsatisfactory services. If you do decide to use them I would recommend not paying them until you are 100% satisfied because as I stated they did not honor their word and guarantee with me. I have documentation of all of the correspondence with you and BBB and my payment receipt from the bank that showed I paid on time. Yes, I am a veteran and again it's a shame that we couldn't address this in a more professional way. Again, if you chose to use this company make sure you are 100% satisfied.
