Being the hectic moving day that it was, we didn't look at the corner baseboards like we should have. I noticed there was an abcene amount of dog hair from the previous owners that did not get picked up. The company called later that day to see how the service went. We told them what we found. After contacting the technician that came out, he admitted to not even vacuuming before steam cleaning. He came back out to vaccum what he missed. A week later, we did another through vacuuming on our own and the picture posted is what we pulled from just one pass of our small little vacuum.

It's simply not appropriate to add a tip screen for a job of this kind and one so expensive. In addition, tips are for exceptional service. How is the average customer supposed to know if they've received exceptional carpet service? Lastly, the tip screen at check out also creates an awkward moment between the customer and the tech in the customer's own home. This is most unacceptable. Dry-N-Clean should pay their own employees what they think they deserve and charge accordingly. That should not be left of to the customer.

It took him less than an hour to deep clean the entire apartment and he was very nice and friendly. If my new house had carpet I would only use this company again. I hired this company to clean and reseal the grout in my kitchen and three bathroom floors, as well as replace the caulk in my master bathroom shower, clean the shower, apply color seal to the grout lines, and color seal the shower floor. The total cost was $867. Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the work. There were noticeable errors outside of the grout lines, and whatever was applied to the shower floor and walls began to break down after the very first use. I am still seeing missed spots along the grout lines in the shower--something that should be a straightforward and thorough process. The owner did return once to address some of the issues and committed to coming back a third time to complete the job. While the corrections made resulted in minimal improvement, I have not heard back from him to schedule the promised follow-up visit. If I had the time, I would pursue this matter further, but I do not. Instead, I feel it's important to caution others who may be considering this company for grout work in the Hampton Roads area. The individuals seemed pleasant and professional, but the workmanship did not meet the level of quality I expected or paid for.

The tile guy we hired to install the tile did not know what he was doing and ended up damaging our limestone tile by using harsh chemicals on it. We were so devastated after all the time and hard work we had put into this remodel we thought it would be ruined because the tile we bought was black and the tile guy had turned them light grey with the damaging chemicals. When we realized the floors were severely damaged we called Marblelife at 9 PM on a Thursday night. I expected to leave a voicemail, but Hobie answered my called! We sent him pictures and he came over the next day! He completely restored our tile and it looks as if its brand new again! I cannot even tell it was ever damaged. He was very honest, respectful, professional and trustworthy! I highly recommend Marblelife and I plan to hire this company for our future remodels.
