I spoke with Clay for a very long time and he patiently explained the business and how termite protection is provided and on what terms. He was very honest and forthcoming about what my home may or may not need. I did not need an inspection at that time but would the following year (April 2022). I am impressed that he put me in his calendar and the company contacted me one year later to schedule an appointment. Wow! I was impressed that they called me and that I did not have to remember to initiate the contact, though it was on my mind. Shane drove to my home, contacted me that he was there, received access to the house, and performed the inspection. Thank God there were no problems.
