He recommended driveway resurfacing instead of resealing to ensure a long-term fix for the large cracks, which I agreed to at a fair price. The team did an excellent job. They used quality materials and professional machinery to remove part of the old asphalt and to lay and smooth the new top layer perfectly. I appreciated the thorough cleanup, including using leaf blowers, hosing down the street, and carefully arranging the bordering grass. I definitely recommend Keith Allison Paving

This was the only company that offered me a solution other than completely ripping out the old driveway and installing a brand new driveway. Instead, they explained that the foundation of the driveway was in good shape overall and then what we really needed to do was resurface the driveway. Much less expensive and the driveway looks awesome. Communications with Pete were excellent, he's incredibly responsive and worked closely with me on the estimate and all scheduling. And then the job was completed by Keith, his son, and a couple of other guys, and they did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Keith Allison Paving, you will not be disappointed! I turned to Yelp to commission a brick mason to fix my decrepit steps and Lucas S. of MASONRY RESTORATION and SERVICES contacted me for the job. Lucas S. placed a bid on the job which was a flat fee; no hassles. I appreciated his pricing for the job as it was a fair price for the scope of the assignment. On the first day, Lucas S. arrived at the job site on time and ready to go. He skillfully removed all the old mortar from between the bricks and prepared the steps for the acceptance of the new mortar. The following day Lucas arrived to fill in the color matched new mortar surrounding the bricks. He took meticulous care to ensure that all the bricks were filled with new mortar and were aligned properly. The bricks and mortar were allowed to set for full day to ensure the structural integrity of the steps were properly secured. On the third day Lucas arrived to apply a chemical solution to remove any excess grout and dust film that had accumulated during the work. The steps were restored to look brand new. Lucas cleaned up the job site ensuring all the dust and debris was removed to my satisfaction.
