Unfortunately, the day before (in the afternoon), I was informed via text that the start time would be pushed to the afternoon, and the crew ultimately did not arrive until 2:45 p.m. The movers themselves were very good, hardworking, and respectful, but they were put in a difficult position by the late start and long day. Because of the delay, the move couldn't be completed that evening and had to be finished the next day. What should have been a straightforward, small move became a stressful, two-day costly process. The biggest issue was poor communication and unrealistic scheduling, compounded by impersonal, automated (i.e., AI-generated) responses when I raised concerns. I appreciate the effort of the moving crews, but the overall experience fell far short due to management and coordination issues. I definitely would not recommend.

She then inform me normally they don't remove items from the property, I told her it's a move out cleaning why would it not be removed it's trash. They did not want to come back out and clean up the places that needed to be cleaned in a timely manner, knowing I had tenants moving in within 48 hours of the initial cleaning. They tried to tell me to turn my house over to new tenants dirty. They were supposed to come back and install a item in my home that was broken then lied about it because they did not want to come back out to my home.
