The new carpet was back in perfect condition, no visible stain whatsoever. The old carpets came out very clean and fresh looking, which made me feel good about showing the home for the sale. No joke, these guys are fantastic. First off, THE OWNER shows up (on time) to clean my carpets because the crew that was scheduled, was running behind. He vacuums and cleans my dingy carpets, HIMSELF. The carpets look great and smell great! They quoted me a price and stuck to that price even though there were a couple more difficult spots. None of that "Sorry, that will be and extra $10-$15, per spot" stuff I got from other, more well known vendors. Hands down, this is the best carpet cleaner in Richmond. They are quick too give you an appointment. They do an excellent job. Rob came back three times to make sure my carpets were clean (cat stuff). He never charged me for the subsequent visits.
