Customer service person at Rockville location dropped me from the schedule after waiting 3 weeks. I initially had to talk with the manager to get my request straight, and prepared my house only for no one to show. Very hard to work with, unless you want to wait an entire day on them! Customer service person I talked to had an attitude of I am lucky to have chemdry at my service! There are not the only show in town! Move on.
