We walked in and the staff were very friendly, took our stuff and asked what kind of soap we wanted. The regular detergent has a scent. We didn't want the scent and so, chose the organic soap. Bingo, the right decision. Our clean clothing was ready about 6 hours later, beautifully folded and wonderfully clean. The cost was completely reasonable. If we need this service again, we will be back to use their services.

They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

I was sad to leave my old tailor as we had built a good rapport over 10 years, but she really helped me feel comfortable as I tried on the dresses and she pinned them. I dropped off three dresses for simple shortened hemlines and one zipper fix. She told me to come back next Thursday (yesterday) and charged me $70. perfect. In the city I was paying 60$ for ONE HEMLINE so this was a dream. I pick up my dresses and must say they are absolutely perfect. The hems are impeccable and the man there was so nice!
