They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

Initially they were supposed to…read morepickup my clothes and left half the bags at my doorstep but I chalked it up to a misunderstanding and proceeded. Most recently they told me to leave my laundry with my doorman downstairs by 5 pm and they would have the clothes delivered next day. When I called for an update on delivery time I was informed they had never even picked my clothes up and there was no way for them to compensate me. I needed my clothes returned that day which is why I did my initial due diligence and called for pickup the day before. Not only did the hugely inconvenience me but they were rude and refused to accept accountability or even apologize. Maybe they just don't respect me as a black woman and so my support of their business doesn't matter enough to them. I will not be using their services ever again.

I picked it up my dress when they said it would be ready and it was in packaging. I tried on my dress for my event and thought it seemed long. When I took it back to be looked at, the alterationist was looking at the hemline in a confused way as though he'd never even worked on my dress, I noticed he wasn't pinning it to correct it. The guy at the front desk then said "we'll give you your money back" - admitting they never even did the job I had paid $70 for. I am so furious that this place would #1: act as though they had altered it and 2: take on a job they couldn't do.
