I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. In addition to this, Jay was extremely knowledgeable in pool vacuums and most especially on the Maytronics high-end M600 pool robot (I heavily researched for a while prior to purchasing this product), and as I asked him to explain the product to me and how it compares to others, he was on point giving me details on different products and their uses. I can tell you, Jay knew a lot about all of his products, not just Maytronics. Once done, Jay asked me what I was looking for in a a pool vacuum/robot and what was most important to me in a pool vacuum or robot and as I gave him my response, he highly recommended the M600 for what I was looking for in a pool floor and wall cleaner.
