I picked up a couple of things raced to the register paid as fast as I could but not before some 85 year old man passed gas right in front of me. It's been two weeks. No answers, no fucks given by Walmart. What a ducking dumpster fire of a company. I did a drive up return for order 200010615773579 on Sunday Dec 10th in the afternoon. A young kid who was training another kid came out, scanned the barcode provided in the app for the return twice and went on their merry way. Now two days later I got a notification that I need to return my item by Jan 5. The item I returned two days previous. Check the app and to my surprise, the return wasn't registered at all. Funny. So where is the item I returned and why did I just spend over 30 minutes on hold with NO MANAGER conveniently available to speak to me and resolve this issue. Where is the item I returned, because your employee took it, and I have not been notified that it was returned so where did it go??? Fix this. Store is quickly moving towards all self check out...one cashier for 40 min line. Asked for another cashier was told that was the only one, self check out available. I pointed out it was a shame walmarts profits last year they couldn't afford cashiers. Went and got my cart out of line and pushed it over to customer service and left it there and notified employee i did and why. Now im sure the 1000 a month my wife and i use to spend there isnt 10 minutes of revenue in a store that size but instead of paying a cashier they got to pay someone to put everything back. Very professional, very fast, I'd go back to this location just because of him. btw it was Tuesday 03-16-2021 around 7 pm. Good Manners are definitely at the core of this man's every action. I walked over to the photo department and there was no one there so I hit the notify employee button about five minutes later I finally saw an employee and asked if they could help me and they said no and 10 more employees walked by and nobody could help me finally someone who looks like she's a manager said oh he's busy. I had a wonderful experience here that I just wanted to share. I come to this Walmart a ton for work and so I'm always picking up supplies and I've always had a great interaction with any of the staff at this location. But this experience in particular really stood out to me. I asked one of the managers, Rene, for help, and he immediately helped me out in one of the kindest interactions that I've had with any Walmart employee. He was so happy, so helpful and resolved my question with ease. I also was standing in line to check out, and there was a woman at one of the self checkouts that was attempting to check out with a case of waters. She was a little bit older, and was having trouble picking up the case of waters to try to scan it on the counter herself, and I saw another employee, Joe, notice this. He dropped what he was doing and rushed over to immediately take the waters from her, and showed her how to scan it without having to pick it up, and placed it back in the cart for her so she didn't have to bend back down again to try to put them away. He even helped her load up the rest of her items back into her cart. Both of these team members were absolutely phenomenal, and I really felt like they cared about not only their jobs and responsibilities, but also the well-being of their customers. I have come here a million times, and because of this interaction I will come here a million more times. Highly recommend. read more

This was your average large Walmart. The store was clean and it was easy for me to navigate through the isles and find everything I needed. No drama when I checked out either, and I was on my way. Although no fault of the store, some of their patrons were unusual. One in particular was outside feuding with another person over the phone. Apparently the person on the phone had used a portion of the rent money to get a tattoo. I guess you can add a star back if you want to people watch some interesting patrons. This trip I got: Volumizing Shampoo & Conditioner A Watermelon A Birthday Card for my Grandpa Work Gloves as the present for him A 500 piece puzzle to put together with my Grandma A new case for my glasses ( my other one broke on the drive here) A board game called Apples to Apples to play with my Uncle A new hair brush (this also broke in my suitcase) They had free samples for everyone around the deli area. I had a sample of Sweet & Sour Chicken and a piece of steak cooked on a George Foreman Grill right there on the sales floor. It wasn't crappy at all and the girl cooking it agreed. The self check out line was Re-God-Damn-Diculous! Give a monkey a type writer and it will eventually write a novel. Give a self check out stand to a bunch of elderly, red necks and if I wasn't mistaken there was a real alien from outer space in line also, you will have a cluster Fu**. I swear to God I think there was something from the bar scene in Star Wars buying pampers and a loaf of bread. Other than not calling the X-Files I like this store and wished I had one. read more

This place is always a nasty, chaotic, migraine-inducing hell hole that I recommend avoiding at all cost. Everything about this Walmart sucks. I went in towards the end of April to have some photos from my disposable camera developed and waited like 45 minutes for someone to help me. None of the employees were knowledgeable and barely helpful, and obviously hated their job (although I don't blame the employees themselves, but rather this piece of shit corporation that profits billions from taking advantage of lower class, often minority, employees who get paid unlivable wages to put up with stupid piece of shit customers that come in and verbally abuse underpaid 17 year olds). I left my camera in the drop-box to be developed and was told I'd be contacted within a few weeks once they're ready. Well it's now been over 3 months and I haven't heard anything so I finally stopped by the store to see if they had my photos. Waited and waited while I was ignored by multiple employees (again, god bless them but fuck the stupid corporation that they've become wage slaves to). Finally someone greeted me and told me that the drop box had only just been emptied a few days ago for the first time since February and that I should call back tomorrow morning once the regular photo center employee is in. At this point I have little hope for recovering those photos and I wish I would've just sucked it up and paid a little more to have my photos developed at a locally owned photo center where I wouldn't have to wait over 90 days for shitty service. Most terrible customer service ever, my husband and i went in to get a replacement of a receipt and we waited 45 min customer service manager or idk what she was would just walk by us and every time we asked for updates they would ignore us. This Walmart is huge and everything a customer wants is here. My favorite part is coming here on Friday night, yup you read that right. If you want clean, uncluttered, tidy, and white I don't recommend this store. If you are comfortable with the world and all of the people it has to offer this is your place to be. Now for the important stuff...the greeter on Friday nights. Carl is the most energetic, friendly, uplifting, joyful, positive greeter I have ever encountered at a Walmart (and there are several good ones). I really dislike shopping at walmarts. though this one is nearby it is always crowded. but here is my biggest gripe. This walmart (and 13 others) is in a city of about 1,680,992 people that means that one would expect a very diverse selection of products and that one could find clothes that fit one... but no! one cannot.
