Husband is happy lol I truly despise how busy Costco is BUT when you need to get those items you can get in bulk here, you weather the storm of the rush of people in and out of this place. When we had our three kids at home, we visited weekly and it helped keep our pantry stocked as the kids could eat their body weight in snacks and lunches for school. Now that it's just the two of us; we're more strategic with what we buy and tends to be bulk meat when I'm food prepping Staff are super helpful and friendly, the place is clean , just be careful of the cart aggressive folks who will run you down if you're too slow! read more

The managers at this location as horrible. They don't even back up their employee when a customer is coming at them rudely. We were at a check out line where the employee is required to check ID for any purchase and the customer didn't want to comply and gave the worker a hard time. I intervened and he kept going off about how he is there daily. People need to understand that by law you MUST ask for identification on every purchase. read more

Disappointed that your facility won't allow me in and said would issue me a temporary card because of my physical card and QR code I scanned didn't have a photo. I offered to show my state ID because I was not photo ready today because it's errands day. You should be photo ready if you are to carry this card for a while. I've even explained to memership desk staff that upon receiving membership about a month ago, the staff said I didn't need the photo and have been going in and out of the store for weeks. If this rule applies, train your staff to be consistent and should also be applied at the gas station. A photo could've been taken at the end of my shopping. Do you know that you have to pre-order pizzas at the food court? I didn't and when they told me that I couldn't have the pizza I paid for, it took 30 minutes to get a refund. I use this Costco all the time and I switched my prescriptions for this pharmacy. They are amazing and so good best Customer Service I've ever had at a pharmacy and extremely knowledgeable! Plus the prices are much lower than Walgreens & CVS. A year and a half ago I injured my back. I was restricted on how much I could lift during recovery. They were very accommodating and helpful. If you value your time, patience, or health, avoid this pharmacy. On multiple occasions, I've had prescriptions called in and been told by Costco staff, "We're working on it -- it'll be ready soon." So I wait. I show up. And then the story changes. More than once, I've driven all the way over after being told things were moving along, only to hear, "Oh, actually we don't have that in stock," or "It's going to be another 30 minutes." Once, they did leave a voicemail, but I was already en route and didn't see it since my phone is on Do Not Disturb while I drive. Regardless, there's no consistency or accountability in their process. If I don't call and follow up myself, nothing gets done. If I do call, I'm met with vague updates and shifting timelines. The burden is always on me to manage communication, inventory, and timing -- which is ridiculous when dealing with something as important as medication. Costco as a company is great, but their pharmacy is disorganized, unreliable, and a constant source of frustration. This should not be the standard for healthcare-related service. read more

Came for gas only. I use the gas buddy app so it also helps me locate the best price gas but I am always thrilled when it's actually lower than on Gas Buddy & that was definitely the case today. Legit, a whole $0.10 cheaper. This gas station has one of my favorite features which is the electronic red/green pumps that light up when a pump is available or occupied. Super helpful & you don't have to strain your neck to try to see what is going on. For me, this was not a convenient location but it worked out well for the time & the price was definitely right! read more

They've totally screwed the tire/battery center. It's now only accessible from inside (used to have a separate entrance). It's by the membership center but the stupid people policing the exits (where they make you show your receipt to leave - one of the most annoying things about Costco by the way -- who wants to line up after already having lined up in the long checkout lines just to prove that you didn't steal anything?) won't let you go in the exit to get to the tire center so you have to go inside, walk all the way around and snake your way past the checkout lanes and people with giants carts of stuff (as the closed lanes are roped off) and then you have to navigate the overpopulated food court and the line of people waiting to leave just to get to the new tire center entrance. From first glancing interaction (he guaranteed my place in line with a reassuring nod) to his patience with my parents screaming in the background while on the phone with me as we figured out an account issue, Ron was awesome! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Staff is rude, not helpful and I have experienced this way too many times when trying to receive medication. I would like to start by saying I love my Costco membership. I can affordably feed my family healthy foods, and the quality for the price is outstanding, especially on the meat. My experience shopping at costco is usually pretty good. Employees are always friendly and helpful, I don't get weird looks/comments when my toddler or baby is having a hard time while I am trying to shop and the carts easily fit my two kiddos and diaper bag with all of my groceries. This is not the location I usually go to, I went here because I was meeting up with my aunt so we could go shopping together we both love our costco memberships and she likes to help with the babies. The reason for my two stars is because when they were packing my groceries into the boxes somehow this grease pan/vent ended up in a box underneath my groceries. I am assuming it is from the kitchen because it looks like cooking grease to me. I didn't notice until I got everything home and the bottom of my groceries were greasy. Thankfully everything in that box was packaged in some sort of plastic or glass so I just washed the outside of everything and the food was still okay. This just seems neglectful on the part of the employee who left a grease pan in a box and of the employee who didn't see it or ignored it when they were packing my groceries. read more

Just got out the Costco right now. This one is the nearest near me so I tend to go to it out of convenience. It's got the normal layout of many Costco's, but just condensed but still offers 85% of what bigger Costco's offer. Which is great, however, I have yet to really interact with the people until today. I saw this GREAT deal on Oreos and without looking to deep into it I just nabbed them without really looking at the title (font like 15) because the price (font like 45) and sent a pic attached to my gf to which we were happy. When I got to the counter there were ~20 and I was like whatttt, and got helped. Then, They had me wait 15 minutes for which then I could care less about the melted oreos to tell me that it was my fault because "the sign next to it had the Oreo's at the right price"...what? (See pic) Dude: "Do you still want to buy it" Me: "...Nope" Maybe it was a sign for me to be more healthy, but otherwise man a few bad apple workers at costco ruined my day for sure. Complaint about ordering pizza and order fulfillment. Ordered a whole pepperoni pizza at kiosk in this Phoenix AZ Costco. After payment was complete, they do not announce order numbers, so you have to stand in line again. Once being 'helped' the message 'you have to wait 30 minutes for a whole pizza was delivered'. Meanwhile, at least 4 pepperoni pizza's were in the 'slice' window and several pizza were being stacked on top of the heating window, without calling a single customer that ordered a whole pizza. Manager was called and was ignorant and did not care. Expressing that this is the way Costco wants it. Unacceptable process and behavior. Very disappointed. We have been Costco member for over a decade and have never experienced anything like this. If this is so-called standard operating procedure for Costco, which I doubt as never witnessed before in other cities across the USA, they should revisit this process immediately. Instead of 1 star I gave them 2, because after the 30 minute wait at least the pizza was good and hot. Trying to file a complaint via chat was another adventure (see photo). Stopped in for some deodorant and dental floss. Store wasn't as crowded being it was a Monday and technically a holiday for most people since Xmas fell on a Sunday. Store was fully stocked and very clean. Went through the self check out so didn't have to deal with any employees but it appeared to be a very friendly and efficient atmosphere. read more

What I love most about Costco is their generous return policy. You can literally buy food and if you don't like it, you can return it and get 100% of your money back and there doesn't seem to be an end date that I know of where you can no longer return items. As with most bulk groceries, you get a bang for your buck here at the cost of $65 a year. They have sales every single month so I just wait till those happen before I shop. The gas prices are better than other gas shops too. Overall fantastic deals. Also note that if you like to add some variety to your life, try out different Costcos as I noticed some of the inventory is different; I definitely bought an item at this store that I did not see in any of the other Costcos I've visited. read more

I originally did not enter with a cart and was persuaded otherwise. We then got a cart, got way to many things because we had a cart and saw them again when we exited. For the second time this store sold me bad produce which leads me to believe there is an underlying problem with their means of supply. First it was Brussel sprouts that were so rancid that it literally made me want to gag when I opened the bag. I returned them for a refund. More recently, I purchased chicken thighs (non-organic) which were actually on sale, even though the expiration date was still about a week away. I came to realize over time that the entire 6 pack was tainted with at least 2 pieces of bad chicken per pouch. The color is almost like a gray color and the texture of the meat is super weird, almost like it was left out and dried out. I hate to think this but the fact that this chicken was on sale leads me to believe that they are knowingly sold rancid chicken which is sickening. I bought the chicken on Sunday November 5th and the sell by date on the package is November 18th. I don't know if this is a localized issue or what but it's unacceptable. At least the employees of the store are kind and always a joy to deal with, hence the 2 stars and not 1. read more

Costco's are similar but not all alike. They have different products depending on the area. This Costo is a shopping center on Oak between Thomas and 4th. Seems like a decent area. There was a Target and Burlington nearby. This was such a nice Costco. It was clean, quiet and had lots of interesting foods that the Costco's near me have. They also have an Optometry and Hearing offices. They had a good sized electronics department, nice Bakery and Meat/Seafood department. I enjoyed walking through (without the herds I'm used to seeing) and getting to the items we needed. I would definitely go back to this Costco. Enjoyed it even! Shocker! read more

I've never had a problem with my membership. It is my father's and my name is on the account. I am biracial (black and white), my father is white and his picture is on the account, so I get why she stopped me even though I have never been stopped before. She went straight into saying that I am not on his account and I won't be able to shop today without even checking to see if I was, she never even asked for my name. How could she possibly know I wasn't on my father's account if she didn't even know my name??? She immediately wouldn't let me in the store when I didn't match the picture on my account when multiple people scanned past me during this situation and their pictures didn't match either, some weren't even the same sex. I have never been targeted but it sure does feel like I was today. I was going to spend over 500$ after being out of town all week, but I had no problem taking my business somewhere else today.
