I had a great experience when I arrived, the barista was very friendly and helpful with deciding what I wanted to order. I got a cold brew with caramel syrup, and it's delicious! I've had lots of cold brews but this one tastes authentic and so refreshing, and it isn't too sweet like most chain coffee shops are.
