This location is strategically located with a super fast drivethrough, great amount of parking, and super friendly team members!!! The beverages are ALWAYS fire, and the team ALWAYS gets it right the first time!!!! I would like to recognize one team member in particular who I personally feel makes this Starbucks the best. Her name is MONIQUE!!!! Monique is always present, in the moment, makes you feel like you're the only patron in the store. Her smile greets every customer AT THE DOOR!!!! Good location - I wish they stayed open just a bit later but I was meeting friends across the street right at 6pm so the timing worked out perfectly. Caught up with a friend on his way out of town before the dinner. We got an iced coffee a tea. Had a nice time sitting and chatting. It's clean and bright, nice overall feel. This is my favorite Starbucks location to this day! This location has great indoor space that is bigger than most starbucks and has a lot of seating with outlets. It also has a nice, covered outdoor area with many seats. The baristas here are so friendly (many remember me by name), and can make some great drink recommendations if you don't know what to get or want to try something new! I love this location and it is my go to spot to hang or study. The actual food and drinks have always been made amazingly here in all of my experiences at this store! 100/10 experience overall here! read more

I have been to this Starbucks many times as I work right down the block. Although it's a convenient location, I will be looking elsewhere for my morning stop. I've had more than one encounter with this location not filling their cups. This morning after spending almost $20, two of the venti iced coffees were missing a good amount. I'm paying the price of a venti and receiving the amount of a grande. Last time I brought coffee to work for some of my coworkers, the tall latte was missing about 1/3 of it. Seriously? Not a way to do business, being cheap and screwing your customers. I've had to speak with the manager on shift in the past and clearly nothing has changed. Find a different location! read more

When I went in, there was no one in line. But, most of the tables were occupied. I quickly ordered a pink drink and sat at one of the long tables. There were a couple other customers at the table. One of them kept looking at me whenever I sat down or got up from the table. I wanted to go to the bathroom to wash my hands, but there was someone in there so I had to wait. Once I had my drink, I took a sip and it was delicious. There was a lot of ice in it. I was able to finish it fairly quickly. While I eat slow, I drink fast. Since Starbucks offers free refills in the form of green tea, black tea, white tea, or passion tea, I was thinking to get a white tea refill. I remember thinking that the black tea and white tea have a slightly fruity flavor like the passion tea. The white tea is less strong than the black tea. They also offer plain coffee as a refill too. SB that is well located on 7th St. just south of Camelback. The indoor seating area is nice and large but a big negative is they're still not allowing indoor seating. Service was excellent, fast and accurate. This is an above avg starbucks but the seating issue is a problem as they also removed the outdoor chairs. read more

Dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been in. Has a cool layout but the bathroom and the front is kinda a mess.

Long lines always. Sometimes they turn mobile ordering off completely. Often out of basic supplies such as cups and straws. The manager seriously needs to get their act together with inventory. read more

They need to work on their drive through speed. We frequently get stuck for long periods of time. But yesterday was the worst. About 3:30pm there were two cars a head of me, and I did not get my drink/get to the window until 3:55pm If they are running that far behind they need to move cars to the front parking spaces and keep the flow going. I go to Starbucks almost every day in different locations, and this by far is the best Starbucks I have been to. The drive thru service is SUPER quick. I ordered what I wanted, paid as soon as I got to the window, and they handed my drink right away. I didn't even spend more than three minutes there! Even with the cars in front of me, they got their orders right away as well. I was really really impressed by this location! Their employees are very friendly as well. Visited the new Starbucks Coffee today at the corner of 7th St & Highland Avenue near Xavier College Prep today. This new location has a huge patio facing 7th Street, a drive-thru, mobile order and pay, nitro cold brew, google wifi and food options available. The proximity to Brophy College Prep, Xavier College Prep and the rush hour traffic on 7th Street will make this a hot spot for many years to come. Ordered a small hot coffee of the Pike Place brew for myself. There is a small menu of available drinks, unlike the Starbucks of the past that had a very large menu. I'm pretty sure that they can make almost anything and customize it just for you. I sat outside for a little while, still to muggy and hot in August for me. Moved inside and sat for about an hour reading, "The Four Agreements" by Don Miquel Ruiz. Great book and simple reading. There were many other meetings, conversations and interactions going on. The space is clean and modern, with many different seating arrangements to choose from. read more

I love this location because of the seating arrangement and the large patio BUT let me tell you about the customer service.....! Gabby was the barista that took my order this morning. Formerly a black coffee-only drinker, I'm on a mission to craft my "Starbucks order" - something considered part of your identity as an American. She greeted me with a smile and I told her what I liked already and she guided me toward new variations to try. She educated me on blonde roasts and challenged me to try a different syrup all with the safety net of "we will gladly make it again if you don't like it!" I loved it! Starbucks is my go to. I love that I can get my favorite caffeinated drink and it is made with care. I just need to remember that not all Starbucks make the drinks the same which means you have to order it as always but make sure you add the most important things so it gets pretty close to what your taste buds crave. read more

She was genuine, kind, friendly and knowledgeable when it came to products and stock. This was the most pleasant Starbucks interaction I've had in a very very long time and as a former partner I really want to make sure she is recognized. She truly embodies the high quality and superb standard Starbucks sets for their partners to obtain and also give to their customers. I pais for my coffe and qaited for lo g time to be prepared. A couple of people went after me and they were served while I was in fro t of them waiting for my coffee. Then, I asked the bar guy what happened with my coffee and he started to give me an attitude and he said "what?...I already made it (and he did not) but I'll make it again. This is the absolute worst Starbucks in central Phoenix. If you do mobile order don't trust anything their app says because it will say it has it in stock and then you get there and it's out. They only offer 2 vegetarian breakfast options and of course they are out of both. It is up to the baristas to mark things out of stock. When I ask to speak to a manager he comes over, doesn't even ask what's wrong. He immediately says that they are out of stock and if there is anything else I wanted which is the same thing the other barista asked me. I said no and wanted to explain that this happens every time I come here. He says multiple times in a condescending voice "I'm sooo sorry" like 3 times in a row. I get it, you probably hear this from people multiple times a day but it's the first time it happened to me today so treat me and the experience like it was the first time it has happened. You are in customer service and customers deserve better service and someone who actually cares to take the feedback to create a better experience for the customer in the future. By the way, being this has happened multiple times, I have contacted corporate before and asked for the DM to call me and that was even beyond the DM to pick up the phone. I asked her a couple questions about the menu and I asked if they had a specific cup I was looking for. She's so easy to talk to and she was so helpful. Across the street from Xavier and Brophy, I was correct in my guess that it would be best to stop in here on a Sunday morning rather than a weekday afternoon. This is a spacious location with plentiful seating and several areas for larger groups of 10-12 to gather as well as a long sofa type area in the center surrounded by low bistro tables for solo duo trio type seating. It doesn't have that quaint coffee house kinda feeling here but is more like being at a Panera or maybe even reminds me of IKEA. There's a really large covered outdoor patio with lots of room which would be a great place to study on a warmer day. Not that we get that cold here in metro Phoenix but in the middle of November I'm happy to stay inside and sip on some Christmas blend brew. I would've given this stop 4 stars but no cinnamon or vanilla in the shakers so I can't make a Vienna. Aside from that it's the usual reliable Starbucks experience.
