Worst shopping experience ever. It was like finding our way through a rat maze . When we found what we were looking for it was locked up. Finally found someone who would take the time to unlock our pair of socks then had to follow them to a cash register and pay when we had other items to locate and purchase; degrading! First off , retail is hard . Period . I feel, unless you have worked retail yourself , you could not imagine how difficult the public can be. With this being said , I need to give kudos where it is due . This Walmart pharmacy is exceptional . I don't know how or why but the end result is a very helpful and supportive Pharmecy staff . Most recently , I had my COVID shot . Walmart Pharmacy had the experience so well organized as well as the staff was wonderfully supportive to the people receiving shots . The lead pharmacist/ manager was genuinely caring ( I think his name is Jake ? ) and spoke to any concerns I had . I came in twice for my shot and both times , everyone was genuinely helpful especially Judy . She was genuinely concerned about our wellbeing and supportive through an otherwise unpleasant and anxiety producing experience. Shout out to Joseph as well who was very helpful too. I saw so many negative reviews but I have to say that I love Walmart. Everything is cheap, so what else can I ask for as a student? The quality may be not great but you can always find a better one with low price. I shopped in Thanksgiving Day and all staffs I met were really helpful. A 24 hr Walmart. Just as you would expect. The guy who stocks the pickle aisle is super friendly and helpful. You can count on him. The paper towels are one aisle over from the paper towel aisle. The makeup section is a claustrophobia inducing maze. The candy section Is smack dab In middle of the store... Not in the snack section on The grocery side...or on the grocery side at all. my friend and I stopped in to get wax for our wax melter right after a trip to the river. so imagine this... two teenage girls in big button down shirts and swimsuits with 4 packets of wax in our hands with the receipt for our purchased items walking out of the store. Bought 2 tires for boat trailer from walmart online and they were delivered to my home. Called Walmart tire center on W11th and asked if i could bring the boat and trailer down to have tires installed and they said i could. Hooked up boat and went to store and they refused to put the tires on. I asked for the manager and he confirmed that regardless of what the employee said he would not put the tires on and i could not change tire on their property and would have to leave. The store itself is decent store but management lacks the ability to ***hear customers complaints*** For several months now I've now made numerous complaints to several mangers about MISSING STOCKING of one item. Nicotine Gum (Equate 170 piece Regular Flavor Uncoated) which its still shown online to be ***IN STOCK*** When I ask anyone including mangers about this product I get the same feeling IT'S NOT WORTH THEIR TIME! This Walmart actually isn't that bad. They have a lot of self check out lanes that make lines shorter and they have an employee watching over them in case someone needs help. It's usually pretty clean. Only complaint is all the RVs and homeless people hanging around in the parking lot. I wish they would enforce their overnight parking rules read more

Usually my grocery delivery has been good and I order groceries regularly from Walmart. I need grocery delivery because I'm disabled. But last week I reordered my incontinence supplies. I take Blood Pressure pills that are diuretics so NEED incontinence supplies. I always order the same size. Last week they sent 3 packs of the WRONG SIZE. I obtained a refund and reordered the correct size. On the 2nd order, received only ONE of the correct size and TWO of the incorrect size. That was Tues. I called Customer Service and talked to The Cold Heartless Ice Queen in the Customer Service Dept who showed no concern about how badly I needed the items, just transferred me around and dropped the call. She doesn't belong in Customer Service. Called the 800 number next. It is now Saturday, have STILL NOT received a refund for the 2nd order and no replacement. What an awful way to treat a mobility-impaired senior citizen with incontinence problems. No concern whatsoever that when we order these items, we NEED them quickly. read more

Walmart... sometimes you just have to go there. I really try to avoid this place in any town and in any state but sometimes there are just certain things you need on the cheap like a dog food container, storage bins or cheap outdoor supplies like hoses. Everything they sell here is super cheap which means it's not good quality. This Walmart is a normal Walmart but with part of it being almost like a grocery store. I never spend any more time than is absolutely needed because this place is an energy sucker. The employees look miserable, the sound of screaming babies starts to make me cringe and the thought of how horrible Walmart CEOs are to their staff and the workers who make their products is just upsetting. Thankfully they have a self check out so I don't have to interact with anyone and can be on my way. The parking lot is huge so no worries there. Right across the street is Target and at least that place is clean, nicely lit and not sketchy. read more

This Walmart may be fine for pick-up during the Covid era, but I would NOT patronize the interior of this store. I had no choice because I needed storage bins. I thought, I'll be in and out. While there, only about half the people were wearing masks. The employees were, but many under their nose. In one aisle an employee was stocking, mask down over his nose. As I got close to him to pass him he began coughing, clearly on purpose, while giving me a dirty look. When I went to check out, the cashier was hacking her brains out. Also with a cloth mask, but she kept removing it to take a drink and cough while I was in line. So, they are clearly not creating any standards around working while ill during a Pandemic, and the employees were hostile. Avoid like the plague!!! read more

Walmart is a handy place to go for stuff at a discount. I conscientiously avoid shopping there in general (bad for local business and immoral practices) but as far as when I do go there I suppose I like Walmart. They have cheap phone cards and cheap produce and $1 flip-flops and $4 movie-themed t-shirts & stuff like that. Hard drives, nifty tools, etc. They sure could use hand-baskets. All they have is shopping carts. By immoral practices I don't mean about hiring mentally handicap folks I have no problem with that. Do they get paid less? Well I'd rather have a "cup-is-half-full" attitude -- the other option is they don't get hired at all, so it's good for people who otherwise wouldn't be able to get a job. Same goes for Goodwill or whoever. It is also nice of them to let folks camp in the parking lot. I don't mind nicely saying "no" when people ask me for money. But, I heard Wallmart takes a loss in profit just to undercut local businesses, and then also donates HUGE gobs of money to politicians, republican and democrat parties. I don't think this company even makes money really, they just use the store to push people around. Well, that's just how it seems to me currently anyway. So I don't have a good overall opinion of Walmart, even though I would love the place otherwise. read more

I've never had a problem with any of the employees being rude BUT.....I am so turned off by the alcohol smell when I walk in from the bums turning in their recycling beer cans and glass. Walmart saves me money, thats why I like it. Thats about all I like about the walmart on W 11th. One thing- theirs homeless people constantly begging you for money in the parking lot .. I think, "No i dont wanna give you the money i just saved from shopping at WM" but sometimes give in and spare some change. The staff look like they all just got out of prison, as well as most of the customers so i guess i cant really say anything since i shop there, but no one working there has ever been able to help me. I over looked pancake syrup in the cerial aisle and could not find it for the life of me..but obviously knowing its an breakfast item it has to be in that aisle or the one right next to it....no, the guy working there had my boyfriend and I follow him for about ten minutes all over the food section trying to find it. I decided to look on my own again and found it as soon as i did. Now, I dont ask for help anymore. In a nutshell i do enjoy shopping at Walmart because i save some $$$. P.S. Ok lemme talk about "Patty Joy" a woman who does not only do her job she does above and beyond what she needs to do. We were at self checkout was breathing down our necks and staring at us while trying to tell us what to do and grabbing stuff out of where we were placing our already scanned things, REACHING OVER MY MOM. She definitely thought we were stealing and you could see it. Well surprise Patty, we weren't. She wasn't even supposed to be in charge of the self checkout we were at. I told her to back up and she did not. I told her Patty Joy you better back the hell up. She didn't. I said what are you doing, she said she was doing her job. Hmmm. My sister told her to get out of there and she said no. I said uhhh huh. Okay. I'm going to get the person who's job it is to make sure you aren't acting like this with customers. She then backed the hell up mmmmhhhmmmm. I went and got the manager and when I got back, lil miss Patty was out of there REAL quick. She went behind a different isle looking over at the one we were in when the manager pulled up, and I looked up and smiled, Patty knew what was going down. I am disappointed. As a consumer, I look for good prices. I found a tent for my upcoming camping trip on www.walmart.com. If I have it shipped or delivered, it will not arrive in time. So, I called Wal-mart on W 11th at 9:30pm to see if the product is on the shelves. The woman answering the phone rang me back to Sporting Goods. No one answered. This place is pretty scummy. The checker set many glass milk jug on the top of a spinning bag dispenser to bag the Groceries after letting me know they do not take back this type of bottle. She continued to place bags around the bottle. Mind you this is a empty clear bottle. So I go to grab my bags got all the handles and into the middle out of sight my glass bottle falls to floor. A mother cuts her foot and the staff just watched. I had to move the checker to get proper bag to lay over the glass so that her kids and don't get cut I demand the staff to get her a chair. And ended up calling ambulance so this could be taken care of properly since the staff were not the people I would let bandage my wife and I wanted the lady to be able to have a lawsuit if she desired being this was not her fault as is owed compensation. This happened several months ago at the Tigard location. The only staff that was professional and on top of it was a women named Nikki Howard. This store has everything I need in one trip with good prices. Great for a self service store. But last evening I took someone to the store to pick up a few things and one of those items was chicken nuggets. They had been moved since the last time I had picked any up, so I spotted an employee. I said "excuse me, can you tell me where the chicken nuggets are located?". She said "I can't help you, it's almost time for me to be off work". She then went over to the meat case and put a few things in and straightened up. We were stunned. It was a 2 second answer. read more

This Walmart does not honor their pricing! They priced an $.94 and then proceeded to try to charge me $5.47.

First time at this store and they've already lost my business. I went in today looking for toilet paper. Since COVID-19 with people hoarding the stuff, we'd been getting by with cheap paper towels for the last two weeks and were about to use old newspaper - kind of rough on the skin and the sewage system of Eugene! One of the stocking clerks told me to wait a few minutes and they'd be putting out some new packages. I shopped around for a few things while I waited, found some Kleenex tissue on the top shelf and reached 3 boxes with an employee's broom, put them in my cart. No notes anywhere telling me I couldn't do this. When the new toilet paper packages were out, I picked up two because I don't always get to the store that often. Someone had just put out a 1-package-per-person sign and "out of respect of the rest of Walmart's customers" we should abide by this rule. Other customers started staring at my cart, no tissue packages in theirs I noticed, and probably notified the clerks. I went to the self-check and paid for the toilet paper first, then used another credit card for the remaining purchase. One clerk came up to me to tell me of the 1-package-1-person rule for all the papers. He wanted to take back the Kleenex and toilet paper in excess of that amount. I told him I'd already paid for the toilet paper, it was mine, so he took the remaining Kleenex boxes since I hadn't paid for those yet. He told the story to another clerk who laughed about it. Maybe I had it coming by being so open about my purchase - what, should each member of the family come in to make a separate purchase now? Are they going to dole out so many squares per person if the shortage continues (my Dad having been in the military would have laughed at that one)? How can anyone assess how much any household needs per week? Toilet paper gets used for many things in our household in lieu of paper towels. I walked away from that store really disgusted and I'll never shop there again. The customers were sparse and they had too many clerks with too much time on their hands. The lines open were moving very slowly which is why I chose to use the self-check. Did not appreciate being made an example of either. Hell with them! read more

I used to go here to pick up little things I needed as the week went on. Not anymore. It's Walmart, I wasn't expecting a lot. But, when they started treating me like a criminal suspect at the door after watching me go through check-out I started shopping at stores that value the customer and not interrogate them at the door. This stores latest change involves you having to do check-out in each dept. you are in. What a pain in the butt. Now if I want to get some sunglasses from the jewelry department, buy a box of ammo, purchase a dvd and grab some groceries I have to go through 4 different check-outs. So much for the convenience of all under one roof. The savings are not worth the extra effort this place makes you go through. Lots of other options in the area and I think I will explore those more often. read more

Obviously, if you're visiting Wal-Mart, don't expect high-quality, fantastic customer service, or clean anything. But this store delivers on what we expect from Wal-Mart: cheap stuff! I go there maybe every other month to stock up on super cheap junk, and then buy the foods I actually care about from higher quality stores. I like this store much better than the one on Delta Oaks because there is a bakery, deli, and produce section. There are some great bargains in produce, although I buy with caution. I say, go here if you're looking for great bargains and can overlook that you don't much care about the corporation that sells them to you. read more

Shopped at this WalMart looking for a pool i saw on-line they didn't have the pool in stock but had a higher quality pool with the same measurements it was a hundred dollars more. I talked with a manager and got the better pool for the cheaper price. I've only shopped here once in five year but they took really good care of me. read more
