I absolutely LOVE this Marshalls! Especially the store manager, who has always taken it upon herself to help me find that "perfect" item whether I'm searching for a birthday gift for my grandchild or a cute outfit for a summer vacation! She will stop whatever she's doing (and I know she's busy) to go above and beyond for customer service. There are several employees here that are of this same caliber. The overall shopping experience is awesome! Recently, I bought a couple of heavy items, and they insisted on carrying to my vehicle, when I assured I could handle. I've visited this Marshalls a few times but only bought something once when I happened to have a gift card. It's usually pretty expensive even though it's supposed to be a cheaper store. The prices have driven me away from making purchases in the past and today, even though I still have gift cards. The store is usually pretty messy and it can be difficult to navigate the narrowed aisles. I didn't see a single employee when I was there today even though there were a lot of customers wandering around. In general it's probably not worth the trip here unless you are looking for a specific thing that you know they have already. read more

The service is sometimes scares in the off months, but that seems to be with everybody summertime they stuff up, which is great. They seem pretty helpful. Some of them don't really approach you, but if you ask questions, they will be able to answer it usually. The selection is usually really good and they have some really great buys on handbags. If you get in there on time lots of nice name brands that are in really good shape. Value is really good. I like Marshalls. Stores kept clean, staff, knowledgeable, and helpful value great values. Yelp needs to allow no stars. BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy anything here. They are criminals. They have cheap knock off's of products and refused to give you a refund when you try to bring it back within the time that is stated on the receipt. This is not a bargain store almost everything has highly inflated prices. If you want a good deal go somewhere else. I've been to this store several times, especially around the holidays, and a few times recently. I've wanted this store to be great, but sadly, it's disappointing. The store itself is clean, but really doesn't seem big. It's like the mini version of Ross. I've never seen an employee on the floor, let alone spoken to one. If I wanted something specific, there's no one around to help me. None of the merchandise I found was useful to me. It's just a boring store. It's way too bright in there, something gave my husband an allergy attack, almost to the point of choking him up last night. Will I return? Maybe. But it's highly doubtful after my trip last night and my husband's allergy attack. He never has problems like that, so it was really surprising to see that happen to him. read more

So we go in looking for luggage- Find what we think is a great deal for a set. Didn't take it all apart but could see there were extra pieces inside the main one. Get to checkout only for them to open it and take it all apart and say sorry this is three separate pieces that are sold separately. I'm sorry but false advertising as it was all in one set on the floor. Manager proceeds to repeat herself saying it doesn't say it's a three piece set. I'm sorry but someone failed to do their retail job and that's not my fault. It's yours. Marshalls tends to be overpriced and I don't shop there but after checking Ross we went next door to check Marshalls. I won't again and hope this review serves others to beware and tear the shit out of the luggage pieces to make sure you don't encounter the same false representation that we did! I went to Marshall's yesterday for the first time and loved the selection and availability. What I didn't love was the customer service from someone out on the floor. Made the mistake of going in an aisle that was blocked off with friends-none of us realized it was blocked off. staff came up and let us know and we immediately apologized and got out of there. Staff member didn't even try to get out of earshot before she snidely remarks loudly that "that's why there were wet floor signs in the way". She was already down another aisle by the time she finished that comment and I could STILL hear her. So I spoke back and said we could have a conversation if she wanted to be rude like that and she proceeds to pretend she didn't say anything and ignores me. I know we were in the wrong aisle but we literally moved and apologized so quickly. I've never had someone be that mean for literally zero reason. Ruined my whole experience and I genuinely don't want to go back now. I hope she's having a better day and doesn't continue to do stuff like that. If anyone cares she was tall with black hair and I'm highkey worried she was actually a manager. read more

Located in the shoppes at gateway, parking is large and free with many stores located nearby. They're store layout is very user friendly, went in for a sweater and found those plus their clearance sweaters in a matter of a few moments as oppose to other stores this day that were more disorganized. Clothes, beauty products, home essentials, misc, clean store. Service animals only. Didn't need staff assistance on this visit but they're usually prompt and helpful! read more

There's something about this store that I just don't like. They never have anything that catches my eye and their prices seem high for what they are selling. I normally prefer Ross or TJMaxx if I need to go to a store like this. Every time I come in I've always walked out empty handed whether it be for clothes, furniture, or accessories. Maybe it's just me and they don't have my style or something but it makes me not want to really come back again. The clothes look decent at first but then upon looking through them they usually only have 1 or 2 sizes available and it's really picked over. It may be a good place for a blanket or jacket or something a little more versatile. read more

Yep: it's another Ross (which happens to be right next door). Though if I had to make some differentiation, it might be that Marshall's has more of an emphasis on clothes, whereas Ross is more trinket-y. read more
