Headed to this Marshalls on my way back from LA and was looking through the aisles and don't see…read moremuch difference than the one in Bakersfield except they're more Los Angeles based items mainly sports related items l(check the pics) the location is clean has a good selection and they are pretty on par with the prices you would expect from Marshalls I still like the one on Ming Avenue better as I found many more things there but then again I visit a lot more. Customer service exemplary there's always people easy to find that can help you looking for ,You go check for yourself especially the jewelry section which has a bunch of Invicta watches for men and women as well as a few Gucci items.

An average of 15 minutes waiting on a Saturday afternoon. The dressing room was a negative experience. Racks are filled with unwanted clothes. You have to hang your clothes on a rack for the associate to count them. Penny, according to her name tag, was rude. No greeting and inspecting my items like I'm trying to hide something within them. Changing room stalls were filled with dust and hair particles. When leaving, penny was still there. She caused a back up demanding everyone (those exiting and entering) put items on the 1 rack so she could count them. Also emphasizing that the cameras are watching us. Seems like penny needs training on customer service or to be kept on stocking duty. Such an unpleasant experience with her that I didnt want to bother trying on some other outfits I found. So, may update what the return process is like. But happy with the cost and quality of the items I found. 4 office pants for less than $90

That extra effort matters. Then Jalen stepped in and really took the time to help us build out outfits. He showed us different pants, sweats, and even suggested a shirt that went with what my son was getting. I walked in planning to buy a pair of shorts and walked out with shorts, sweats, a shirt, and more, because the deals and the service made sense. Clearance stores can be hit or miss, but the team here turned it into a hit. On top of that, I am just getting my kids into Nike Airs and they had them for around 69 to 79 dollars. They had a great selection for shorts but it was mostly too short until I found the one at the right length I prefer. I then saw a nice breathable running shirt to match with the short. The store also have other selections too like shoes, shirts, socks, sweatpants, jacket or hoodie and etc. The staff are helpful throughout the store and they also have a security guard who is armed watching the entrance as well. There no returns here unless there an issue with the item itself so be aware. There also a lot of parking spots in the plaza this store is in.

The shoes area are toward the back of the store, the men's department are on the left and the women are toward the right. Finding parking was fine because there are alot of parking in the Promenade. However, I was having getting Internet with T-Mobile while in the store. Customer service when we were here was great and we didn't experience any issues.

I also visited the Marshall next door to compare prices and see what they have. After we finish shopping at the stores, we went to Wells Fargo Bank because my wife needed cash. Then she wanted Starbucks and we went to Dirty Dough to get some cookies. We finish off our time at the plaza by dining at Wood Ranch. I been to the Chilis, Ross, Vons and NY Bagel located in the same plaza before as well. So the plaza has a lot of options for people to do here. There even a Walmart and Chase bank as well. I'll be sure to come back to try new places here.

The guy went to the back to get my order since it wasn't at the front. The customer service here is great when I was there. I also walked around the store and it's nicely organized here. The produce area is toward the back once you make a left turn after entering. Starbucks is on the right side. They only have 4 self checkout station at this location.

The Christmas decorations are already on the entrance near the checkout station and the a Christmas trees are there too. The mens clothing is on the right side of the store, Sephora is in the middle and the women clothing are on the left side. The shoes, house stuff, toys, Amazon returns are all toward the back.

I have come to appreciate stores like Kohl's and our local Kohl's in particular. Why? In every way, Kohl's makes getting whatever you need easy, fast, and reasonably priced. Recently, I needed an item same day and I didn't feel like going to the mall to get it. Kohl's popped into my head -- it had rarely done that in years -- so I looked at the website. Not only did they list dozens of that item in a range of price points, but they had the very ones I wanted, in the required size and color, at the local Kohl's just two miles from home. And! They had it ready for pickup in one hour at a clever cubby station for that purpose, easily accessed right inside the store. We blew in and out quickly, on a Sunday (check out the amazing hours), and were so happy with our purchase that I could have slapped myself (if I were the slapping type) for not thinking of Kohl's sooner. From now on, Kohl's is in my top shopping differential, believe me.

VTC is within vicinity of three streets, McBean Parkway, Magic Mountain Parkway, and Valencia Blvd. It is a good size outside shopping center. It has two floors. Parking is plenty. Tip of the day is to park close to where you'll be spending most of your time. Otherwise, you may need to do some walking. Luckily, Solita Tacos & Margaritas was located along side the parking area. I didn't have to walk too far in to get to them. Thank you! I didn't get a chance to peruse this center much during my visit. I hope to one day be back to explore it a bit more. I visited this mall during the week. It was not busy at all. I enjoyed the quiet time and no lines…read morewhile walking in this mall. This mall is both indoor and outdoor. For selection, like any other Westfield Mall, there is Macys, JCPenney , Victoria's Secret and many other stores. There is also food court which has a lot of options to pick and dine. For service, I went to several stores and I would say JCPenney had the most nice and helpful employees. I asked for help and employees were really nice and friendly even though store was closing. Most of the stores had great sales going on and it was perfect shopping experience. For parking, this mall has a huge parking lot and parking was not a big deal. I am not sure about the weekends.

My only complaint is that most of the time they don't have several registers open. It is usually one or two. There are self check outs available, but sometimes there is a long line for self checkout. For parking, this store has the best parking lot when it comes to Walmart. There is always parking available and finding a spot is not an issue.

She greeted the last customer whose skin color matched hers, as I approached her, I got no greeting. She immediately looked at my coupon and dismissed it saying it wouldn't work, I ask her, may you please scan it and try it before you just tell me no, she says no it won't work, I ask again, please, just scan it. She then turns her back and walks to her coworker and managers bad mouthing me about me wanting her to scan it. Steven then says that the coupons look sketchy, as if he's never seen them before. I ask, are you accusing me of fraud? I tell him scan it if he's so sure. As I'm standing there Vicki tells me EXCUSE ME very aggressively and passive. She scans it, I ask her, does it work? It does. No apology, nothing. She then says there's a promotion buy one get one free and asks the girl Bryana if she should honor it since I'm already getting a box for free. I explained, that I paid for the box initially and that the item was defective, that's why I got this "free box" so it technically was not "free" Bryanna then calls Steven over and Steven tells me it's one coupon per transaction That means per day, I ask him, where does it say that? He said, I SAID THAT. I asked him if he can explain or at least show me in the ralphs employee book where it says that he just dismissed me. If you're a person of color just avoid this ralphs entirely. Steven and Vicki are the most unprofessional racist people and do not deserve a position where you are supposed to treat people with kindness regardless of color and income.
